It seems Johnson and his cronies think just keep saying sorry is enough. They pretend that he made honest mistakes when it is clear these were deliberate actions that are inexcusable and then brazenly denied they happened.  As Starmer said he is without shame.  like some cheap shyster.

Absolutely agree, but Lindsay Hoyle had no option according to the rules and convention of the house. Calling another member a liar falls under 'unparliamentary language' and as absurd as it seems in this case (given who it was directed at), a member nonetheless deemed to have used unparliamentary language will be asked to withdraw the statement. If they agree that is usually the end of the matter. If they don’t, then the speaker might have them removed from the House - which he was. All credit to Blackford for not retracting his allegation.
