How can the womens game grow when the attendance is nearly zero!

They didn't open the standing areas, so only 1 stand on sale

Seated area is about 2000, and looks like about half of it is covered

The attendances are okay though, had about 2000 for the last home game vs Spurs, had 4500 against Man Utd at the start of the season

The only way the ladies are going to stay up is if the Birmingham Ladies are even more woefull than ours.  We are awfull, Complete lack of quality all over the pitch, and absolutely no creativity in midfield.

She had a decent chance at the end of the game that she missed, but i will say what i said after the Brighton game, how does Tash Flint not getting a starting spot in that side!

They stay in games and are competitive but also can’t put 2 passes together, especially forward ones and don’t ever look like scoring. This will be the story for the entire season, the whole campaign depends on the 2 Birmingham games and thats only if they don’t miraculously find some form.

Morgan saying we don’t just hope to survive, we hope to surprise a few gets more laughable by the week lol

Indeed, he also said that we would play without fear, and take the game to the opposition.  That didnt last long either, he has now resorted to every woman behind the ball and hope that a hoof up the pitch might fall kindly for us at some point.

Good to see we're replicating our style of play throughout the club.

there is something off about their training they lack the fitness to last the full 90 and are getting lots of injuries, they are doing something wrong.

I don't care what his family did for the club I seriously don't think Morgan is the right person for the job

Having a family running the side is basically amateur.  Clearly needs a revamp.  I'm not sure whose decision getting rid of the Morgans would be - if it's Emile's would he do it?

its not all the Morgan's just Jonathan, Holly is just a coach and Jade has nothing to do with the sporting side she works with Susan Whelan

Plus Rohan as an advisor.

By ‘not all the Morgans’ do you mean it’s not all of them that need to be cleared out?  That may be the case and I’m certainly not in a position to know how good any of them are at their jobs, but four from the same family being involved sounds more like nepotism than professionalism.  I realise they’ve got the club to where they are, but perhaps the step up to the WSL this season might be one too far for them.

I only comment in this thread because I’ve been interested in women’s football for more than 20 years. I don’t actually support Leicester’s women’s side so this is just idle speculation on my part and I don’t really care what happens!

You not going to win games by having everyone behind the ball, Flint should have score at the end

....first touch let her down, kill that ball better and she has a shot on target!!!

If there was a person for the ball to fall to, it would have been to her. Two banks of players looked very organised with little space between the lines. Thought they were playing slightly too high as the lack pace all over and especially in the backline, meant one ball over the top would have us in trouble. We played the offside trap very well and we looked like a more structured team. Sigsworth ploughed a lone farrow and I felt sorry for her, she hasn't the pace of Vardy and struggled to compete with three defenders to contend with.

I only saw one substitution and you could see the levels dropping and bad decisions creeping in. We needed extra legs and when Flint came on it was much the same as Sigsworth, having no real support.

We just need to stay in this league and have a chance to get some pace into this team, need to be more robust in challenges and braver on the ball.

They really are terrible.

....not sure if you have seen them before, but they looked a lot better today and very well organised!!!

You could see they had put a lot of thought into this, and fatigue set in and we started to make mistakes and not cover the runs as we had previously.
