All a bit moot given we've got 2 loanees anyway, and Palace ain't taking Edouard back.

Depending on the loan agreement we could have the option to send him back.

Well Nketiah is currently injured so I guess our hopes are pinned on Mateta getting a knock for a bit as well and them desperately wanting him back.

Which let's be honest, ain't happening.

As was pointed out facu is much better and hesba different player to winks/skipp/wilf. He wouldn't get in side

He'd get in over Skipp/Wilf for me, deffo not Facu if you're playing him in the middle.

Im sure we can send him back regardless if we agree to cover the fee we agreed for the season.

Couldn't we just deregister him?

I’d like to know the answer to this. Not for the purpose of KDH but I’m sure the loanee rule was bought in to stop Chelsea hoarding players and loaning them out so you’d assume the rules wouldn’t allow this…… We all know how water tight prem rules are 👀

I don't think he went for money. He went to push himself as far as he can. You owe it to yourself to give it a go. Not many are like Vards who worked out he was best as an agitator, a rebel.

I don't think he'll seek a move. But Chelsea may well force him out. And if so, I suspect he'll end up at another PL team.

Please KDH not to that red filth! He couldn't could he?!

He is born in Notts. Worst luck.

The Chelsea move is a complete disaster; yes he's on more money, yes it's a bigger club but for crying out loud he's a reserve team player - and he's better than that.

He and his agent must of realised that he was no where near good enough at the present time. No idea why Enzo bought him unless it was to help us out

He went because we gave him no choice.

I'm sure he saw it as a good opportunity to push on or test himself but at the end of the day, he was forced to go. Same as Barnes.

We must have had about 10 players we wanted out, how can you force someone?

Different sort of player. Not a destroyer and also no good when being put under pressure

Hew wasn't forced. That's wishful thinking from a fan perspective.

You accept an offer and tell the player he's off. It's that simple. Leeds did it to Kasper, that's how we signed him.

The difference is receiving the offer. The players we wanted out weren't coveted by other clubs and we didn't receive offers to accept. Sometimes you get a player refuse if the club accepts the offer, we accepted an offer for Vestergaard and he refused to leave.

And, while KDH didn't want to leave, he knew the score with FFP and that we needed to sell.

Wilf hasn't been a destroyer for 3 seasons now, he's box to box like KDH but KDH is more creative and has a better shot.

Not loads in it but I think he'd do well and would be a Cooper type of player.

Rutter is doing alright at Brighton who are 8th. I feel it's harsh to say Dewsbury Hall is not a top half PL player, a team like Brighton is probably around his level.

That's where KDH was 2 1/2 years ago with Leicester, so I've no doubts he's at least still at that level after a successful championship season that boosted his confidence. I don't care what most say there isn't as much of a gap between 8th and the top of the championship. We've gone backwards in the last 3 years and brighton have pushed on, they were 16th 3 years ago, things can change quickly in both directions.

Seems a lot of guess work there, if he thought he wouldn’t get game time i’m not sure he would have left. surely he would have asked for certain guarantees before ruining his career? Im sure the extra cash was the deciding factor seems more plausible to me, but without asking him i suppose we will never know

Not any guess work. Kasper spoke many times in interviews stating that's what happened to him. Various other players have described identical situations. Clubs accept offers and you're off. You're assuming the cash was his incentive but KDH has said he didn't want to leave.
