I'd try and poach Potter. Brighton play a similar game to us but are more incisive with their attacking play, with a much worse squad.

I think Potter is the obvious choice. Plays a similar style with worse players and gets a modicum of success, plus he feels our ‘level’ whereas we constantly seem to chat about and assume Rodgers is slightly above us.
