Akshay is a right smug berk but he did far more than Amy. They blamed the branding and she took full responsibility for it originally.

That's the point that they always seem to miss, just make it not taste shit and nail the branding and you will get orders. Retailers know that customers can't try before they buy so if it looks good and sounds good it will sell. The peach beer could have tasted nicer than vodify but it looked shite and the name was completely forgettable.

I think to win tasks, it's much more in your interest as PM to be so fixated on your vision, only issue is nobody is willing to put themselves in that line else if they lose they'll be out the door.
