I can see why he's want to go, he wants to play as high as possible and you never know if the bids will come again but it's not hard to act professionally and with respect. But that's now they are advised to act, Fofana is just a puppet to a scummy agent like most of the other top players are. I like Fofana but there is no guarantee he will make it to the top. It's a risk by Chelsea. 1

Good lad. Seriously though, people are naming these defenders playing in various European leagues, and we have no idea if they’d be any good in the PL. Mings might be out of favour but he has been a good PL defender and a good performer for England. 2

Reckon with the money in for him earlier we could have got Diop in and possibly lowered the fee for Soumare to go to Monaco. 1

And Rodger’s doesn’t identify players, we have an entire recruitment department that does that.

To add to your list there is also a delay in the arrival of our new set piece coach, meaning that we will probably carry on conceding a set piece goal every game.
