That's how I feel about football in general to be honest man. I love the sport and also attending games but a lot of the fans that follow the same sport also completely let it down and make it sort of embarrassing to be associated with.

4000+ away tickets on sale for the Forest game I can't get a ticket

3000+ away tickets allocation I have been to almost every away game with good points on my season ticket

People I know who have not even got season tickets get tickets.

It is disgraceful I have supported them all season away from home so you can see how the ticketing system does not help a loyal supporter and how some fans are abusing the system

Don’t moan about people with points, who decide to get a ticket for friends or family when they don’t want to go. They’ve done the miles. I’ve had tickets off of people, I’ve got tickets for people. Even got a ticket to get a point in the past knowing I’m not going. But that £30 ticket got me a point for Champions league ticket. Worth every penny.

Said before that something went wrong with the tickets for this match, as it often does for big ones. Who knows if those causing trouble actually had tickets or not but I doubt they would have been able to get them for a biggish league match.  And every club has an element of idiots. I think we maybe have more of a divide between our majority fans who are quite reserved and those looking for hassle who only show for big matches.

Society is down the pan, people are angry, the country is in bits and these things can happen when life is a bit shit. All clubs are feeling it, not just us. People underestimate how shit like politics and the cost of living can impact everything. Some people think they’ve got **** all to lose and are angry.

100% - I’ve seen punch ups at 3 or 4 games this season whereas prior to that seeing things was few and far between. Very interesting social phenomena at play right now.

Not an excuse for that idiot's behaviour as you say, but I think you are absolutely right. These last two years have been immensely difficult for a huge number of us, with all sorts of increased strains, and I think society in general is tense as hell at the moment.

Not to get too political (I just wanted to point out the correlation between the state of the world currently and how it can impact minute things like scrapping at football) but I think that’s a bit of a generalisation. You get people like Boris clinging on for dear life because he’s a narcissist and then in turn they don’t appreciate the impact that can have on the public but that doesn’t inherently make every Conservative/Conservative MP a society destroyer.

yeh totally shocked by the on field incident and in the notes city center. We were embarrassed and humiliated on so many levels today. A massive watershed moment for our proud club. Any class we had was gone. I know its a minority and all that but the spotlight is on us. Christ I don;'t know where we go from here to be honest and I said the same after the spuds game.
