CrispinLA in Texas Posted 17 February 2022 Posted 17 February 2022 (edited) Would like to have seen Iheanacho play..... Brendan must really dislike him Edited 17 February 2022 by CrispinLA in Texas
Foxxed Posted 17 February 2022 Posted 17 February 2022 (edited) We've got to give Vester time and make him feel like a valued player and what better time than in a European cup match after we've failed miserably in all our other European cup matches this season despite there being a massive willingness to give this cup a good go? goose2010 Posted 17 February 2022 Posted 17 February 2022 Away goals don't count double these days do they ??

Wymsey Posted 17 February 2022 Posted 17 February 2022 Am very sure that it won't happen but lose to these 'minnows' and think that'll be it for Rodgers.

fox_up_north Posted 17 February 2022 Posted 17 February 2022 Glad I opted for seeing my mate. What a shambles of a defence.

dannythefox Posted 17 February 2022 Posted 17 February 2022 Can’t my head around this Nacho thing why does the lad never play nearly every time he does he either assists or score
fazzyfox Posted 17 February 2022 Posted 17 February 2022 Ndidi or Choudhury at CB instead of Vestergaard would rule out a liability in the side. Why would you purposely go out and write the name of a liability on your team sheet. Maybe he'll find tonight is of his level and will be OK, maybe he won't have to turn and run at all, Maybe with makeshift LB Albrighton you want at least 2 or 3 recognized defenders in there . Hope they've trained a little in this line up otherwise it could be one of those situations where they play like they've never met let alone played together, I'm thinking the relationship between full back and nearest centre back. Looks from the front 6 that we wanted to go as strong as possible but the curse of being a defender at this club has struck again it seems. Don't know if I've seen Albrighton at LB much or at all, presume it will be similar to his efforts at RB, committed, honest effort maybe a little naive at times, against these opponents he should be fine. You wonder how close Daley-Campbell would have been to selection in this scenario tonight were he still here?
CloudFox Posted 17 February 2022 Posted 17 February 2022 Two keepers on the bench when there's plenty of youngsters knocking on the door by all accounts. Not a single defender there either. We have three defenders in the whole squad. What the hell. Oh well, back the boys and all that. Let's hope we put in a good performance.
Foxes96 Posted 17 February 2022 Posted 17 February 2022 (edited) Would rather have given Brunt another go at LB. Looked decent there against Watford in the Fa cup Edit: as quite rightly pointed out Brunt is ineligible, ignore the above Edited 17 February 2022 by Foxes96 3

SkidsFox Posted 17 February 2022 Posted 17 February 2022 There must be great odds on keeping a clean sheet. 1
