February's has been a disgrace for me, but back at it now with 8 weeks to go until London.

16 miler at marathon pace in the bank today, feeling it a bit now though.

Well done everyone in Leicester 10km today, hopefully some KP OUT chanting.

Horrendous cold on the 1st has pretty much ruined my February running-wise. Only missed 5 days but it's just been slow running since with higher than usual HR etc etc.

Things been improving since last Wednesday so I'm going for a session today - 6 x 6 minutes at threshold. Genuinely nervous about it! lol

I see we've gone from freezing to furnace conditions in the space of 10 days. There really is no sweet spot is there lol

It's 13 degrees today..pretty nice temperature as far as running goes!

...not quite a furnace anyway! :D

Got home from Italy and went straight out to run a 30k PB. Sports science in the mud, Rowatt needs to get them ***** on Foccacia and Aperol until the end of the season.

The white and black are a bastard to keep clean but look class until you do wear them 😂 I want the Cremonese Silver and Red.

I got the White/Black in the end and thankful that its been dry this week!

Bit stiff out the box but getting more responsive the more I run in them

Laces are wank.

Yeah laces and upper tongue all over the gaff but I love them, did 25km in them on Sunday and bounced the whole way.

Another +1 for the Evo SLs. I'm a slower runner so normally favour a more cushioned shoe, but in these I genuinely want to pick up the pace and run faster. Been really, really impressed with them.

I bought a pair of the Superblast 3s due to the YouTube hype but will probably end up sending them back as I added up how much I’ve spent on my current rotation of shoes and nearly died.

Who uses the runners knot?

I fkin hate it. Lace bite does not work for me.

Runners knot? Sounds painful mate, make sure you sit on a soft cushion for a week.

My back is in bits. Can barely even stand up straight and walk now. Going to get it looked at tomorrow but out of the running game now for some time I think. Gutted tbh

Think it might be a sciatic nerve again, had a similar thing last year

Not good mate but you can’t mess around with your back, hope you manage to

get it sorted quickly.

Got an appointment with where I had physio last year, think this will be more osteopathic. Can barely stand up or walk properly. Slept on the floor last night but didn't help. Just before I'm on holiday too 🤣 couldn't make it up. Fuming. Might try and swim again but even think that might be too hard

Just done one of the wildest 10ks I’ve ever done.

Started off feeling amazing and quickly fell off a cliff. Another reminder about fueling properly before running.

I dont wear a running watch as I just love my G-Shock Square but have been thinking of getting just a basic Garmin Forerunner 55 to wear whilst running, but then if I'm not wearing it all the time I guess I lose all the HR, Recovery and Sleep data potential and then if I am wearing it all the time I have to sacrifice the G-Shock (and the Garmin is ugly). One of life's greatest conundrums.
