It amazes me how the same people who blamed our poor season on the back of losing Fofana, want us to buy another CB that has no similar attributes whatsoever. We missed out on Gueyi last summer who would have been ideal, and Colwill looks to be in a similar mould too. Tarkowski will be another Vestergaard. In fact, Jannik has far more experience playing in a highline at Saints and BMG, that Tarkowski has playing the last 6 years at low block Burnley. The 'Evans comparisons' are also very poor. Evans had a lot of experience playing in a Manchester United side that had expectations to win everything. More likely to be Ben Mee on a free I think who Rodgers is a fan of but is old. I would take him though - experienced prem defender who is brilliant in the air and would be third or fourth choice.
