And I would say that that's down to opinion and how touchy one chooses to be. And you might not fit that description, but it fits plenty of others.

I will say that I think he doesn’t have an easy job. 8th would be an achievement considering the terrible injuries we’ve had.

Would be nice to see lookman get some game time, I presume it'll be his last for us? Hasn't done bad overall. But not sorry to see him go.

Dunno if we can give the youth a run out, we really need to aim for that 8th spot, surely Liverpool ain't gonna fluff their game? So is down to what we do.

Hope there is no timid, pointless sideways backwards football - just go for it, show a bit of metal for a change and don't let them settle.  Can't help but think if we'd had Ndidi back as well as the others that have returned, we'd have picked up a few more points over these last couple of months, and we'd be up and around that 6th place.

We just don't have any aggression anywhere else and so reliant on him getting tackles in and breaking up opposition play.

Anyway, looking forward to it. Hope we'll all go home happy.  Could be the last time we'll see a few of these, just hope the likes of Madders and Kasp aren't some of them!

Why do you presume that? Id of said its very likely he’ll be made permanent for 14 mil, or at the very least another year on loan

Just feel he has become more of a peripheral player of late, if we're clearing a few out looking to address our issues, I'd think he would be one to go (no need to sell or pay off contract etc). We need to get our player numbers down a bit, and replace with few of the right sort of quality. We might end up loaning a few ourselves on season long loans, as some we won't be able to sell or release.

Don't normally get there til Birch's run is almost done but taking my Dad to the first game he's been able to go to for years and he wants to be there to cheer him on. What time is the run likely to start/finish?

I work in Southampton, like anywhere it has its grim bits, grass is not always greener, but the Hampshire and Dorset coastline is nice, even some parts of the Solent.

....a lot of people hate where they live!!!

You will probably find the people from Southampton aspire to get away as soon as they can. What with the constant tourist and seasonal work, it does make you wish you lived elsewhere.

Cheers, is that for a 3pm kick off? Presuming it wouldn't start that early for a 4pm.

If we had had Fofana all season we would be in the Europa League at least. Losing him for most of the season was a disaster, not least with getting in the Southampton rejects to fill in.

A good performance, a few goals and no pitch invasion is all I ask on Sunday.

I hope Tielemans gets the farewell he deserves as he will always be that guy who scored that goal that won us our first FA Cup. Off bench ideally as I think we should stick with the team that thrashed Watford.

Tielemans started against Watford?

Moss getting quite alot of flack, hope it's given out in jest. Even the West Ham game he did give us a last minute peno.

Given there's still a place to be realistically earned on Sunday I'd expect full strength with little sentimentality for those on the way out this summer. Start Tielemans if possible, but Cags and perhaps Ayoze would doubt would get on.

Those clipped together clips were super, Birchy's seen hundreds of faces through here and left a positive imprint.

Steve Howard and Konch looking especially dapper in their leather lined cars. Not sure exactly what's happened to Simon Grayson recently but it's good he's still doing bits in the Footy League, looks shockingly different. Couple others took me a moment to recognise. Guppy appears to be in American suburbia and has picked up a twang. :scarf:

Am I the only one who doesn't see Guppy and Grayson?

Is there 2 videos?

In the other thread mate, I have absolutely no idea how that last ended up in here. I watched the clips, read through, made a post and left it. Come back on 5 minutes later and noticed the post was in here!

But yes mate, two videos for Birchy now. One from a few days ago and one from earlier today.
