They are through. In theory both Porto and Leverkusen could be on joint 10 points with them so not sure what the working out is...

 

Atletico are 6 points behind but lost the head to head to Brugge.

 

I think if Porto, Leverkusen and Brugge finished on 10 points each then it would be head to head of the three teams where Porto would have 7, Brugge 6 and Leverkusen 4 points.
