ithuriel Posted 29 April 2023 Posted 29 April 2023 Just been perusing the final games of those around us, Leeds are in serious trouble, Forest have a run in against teams that they can get wins against, we need to finish above Everton in my opinion so as I've stated previously, the Everton game is pivotal, absolutely can not afford to throw it away. 1

But poor off the ball and terrible at defending set pieces If It's not done by the last game. West ham will send us down scoring from a corner. And it will this season be probably deserved. My hope is that West Ham arent mathematically safe until the 2nd last game of the season and beat Leeds to stay up while keeping Leeds down there. Its possible considering they have the Manchester teams, Brentford away and the 2 European semi finals before they play Leeds. 2

Would you rather have west ham needing to beat us or not needing to beat us. Don't really want them sitting back if we need the points

Don't really want them sitting back if we need the points Reckon it difficult to foresee a scenario where they need a win, possibly one where they need to draw. Guess it might not be a bad thing if they are safe by the time they play us, especially if they have a europa conference final as they might rotate.

FrankieADZ Posted 29 April 2023 Posted 29 April 2023 forest getting results when they are being shite, typical

kingkisnorbo Posted 29 April 2023 Posted 29 April 2023 (edited) I’ve made peace with it. I personally think it’s over. And shoot me down for this but we ultimately deserve it. Edited 29 April 2023 by kingkisnorbo
ithuriel Posted 29 April 2023 Posted 29 April 2023 Peeps saying we are gone, nope, not yet, beat Everton we have a good chance, lose and then I'd say it's done.
Sir Shep Posted 29 April 2023 Posted 29 April 2023 I do think we are to weak mentally despite Smith and co who've arrived too late sadly. I'm still convinced Everton are going to spawn staying up but we shall see.
l444ry Posted 29 April 2023 Posted 29 April 2023 Could have done with Southampton getting something against Bournemouth. Would have been in the mix with the rest of us. Couldn't understand why some folk wanted Bournemouth to win. 1
reynard Posted 29 April 2023 Posted 29 April 2023 Starting to look more and more difficult to stay up now. No way we will win 2 in a row.

Tom12345 Posted 29 April 2023 Posted 29 April 2023 Why should Brentford stopped playing just because a Forrest player fell down. Should have continued.

reynard Posted 29 April 2023 Posted 29 April 2023 I think there is a chance Forest will win 2 more matches, they have Southampton at home for starters and that Leeds will win 2 as well so we need at least 8 and possibly 9 points to stay up.

Nalis Posted 29 April 2023 Posted 29 April 2023 The 180 on the Brentford v Forest game shows how fragile this is for the bottom 5. 1
dannythefox Posted 29 April 2023 Posted 29 April 2023 That’s a shocking decision but I’m all for it. Up the Brentford
StanSP Posted 29 April 2023 Posted 29 April 2023 Everyone ready for the next part of the ride... Win and we're up to 16th, 4 ahead of Everton...
