Win and we're up to 16th, 4 ahead of Everton...

Steady on, we have Bournemouth v Leeds and Newcastle v Southampton to endure tomorrow.

No room for error, must win Monday

That's not correct. A point sees us out the relegation zone.

key to staying up is cool heads and pragmatism. Self imposed, arbitrary rules are counter productive

Little bit of positivity here. Win Monday and we are 2 points off the Happy Hammers (their game in hand being v Man City) ....with obvs Hammers to play at home. In our hands people. That life vest is getting nearer!

I thought we got relegated on Wednesday

We've been 'done' or relegated about 7 times this season according to FoxesTalk, must be a record for a single season.

Still see us doing a Germany Vs Austria in the WC against W Ham last game of the season.

Both know a draw keep us safe and just passing it around the back.

Moyes wouldn't blink at doing that (well he doesn't anyway, but you know what I mean)

We have had chance after chance to get out of this self inflicted mess we are now in. Everton on Monday is now another lifeline we have been thrown but I've got my doubts that we'll grab it.

1-1

Be extra nice if we beat Everton as we were pretty much the reason they stayed up last year. Didn’t they get 4 points off us??

The Everton game is a must win game in my mind. A classic six pointer !!

It's not 'must win'. It's a golden chance. But win, lose or draw we are still alive. Particularly if Leeds lose or draw tomorrow

Sometimes we disagree, but today I admire your cool head.

But with our games after, it would better to win on Monday.

Anyone know the last time when all 3 promoted teams stayed up in the PL?

2018, I think. Newcastle, Brighton and Huddersfield.

If we win it puts us in the driving seat instead of hoping for other teams to lose & that for me puts it in the must win category.  How you see it is entirely up to you but I know how I see it.

You're underestimating! We've been definitely down more times than that in the past two weeks on here.

Supposedly it has happened only 3 times so far in the PL era.
