Other than a couple of scrambles, we've looked untroubled. Couple of cracking balls from Thomas are the difference. Bit of a kickabout really, maybe what we need to get some match practice in because we do look a bit half-hearted.

Nah we need the key guys for Newcastle and Liverpool surely. An injury to either full back, Youri or Barnes would be a disaster. The games won, take them off.

You know when you've been off work for a week or 2, and then 5 minutes after you return it feels like you've not had any time off at all......

 

That's kinda how this game feels, like the world cup never even happened

Agreed, that's exactly what it feels like. Involved in the World Cup like it's the end of the world for a month and now it's like it never happened

What is Kasey McAteer’s best position? Think I’ve seen him play full back, on the wing and in the CAM role in the limited times I’ve seen him play.

 Wry pleased with the sharpness and tenacity we have shown so far. We look rested and up for it. Thomas doing well. Hope we see some youngsters bought on if we get another.
