Lance Reddick, 60.

Actor in all sorts - John Wick, Fringe, Lost, The Wire, Oz. Also Reggie in Frank's Brother episode of Always Sunny.

Ah man this sucks!

Big part of the Destiny and Horizon games, and although overall it was rubbish he was the only good thing about the Netflix Resident Evil series

Daniels was such a great character in The Wire.

Never saw a bad performance from Lance Reddick.

For me, up there with the late Sidney Poitier and Samuel L Jackson.

Liked this guy in Fringe.  Gone too soon. R.I.P.

Having read all of the Bosch books, Reddick played Irving so well - serious, intimidating. Gone way too young.

Just seen. Seems very sudden and unexpected

He had a couple of heart attacks a few years back, so probably his heart gave up.

Really? Both parents died of heart problems, he had angina, 12 stents in his heart, 3 heart attacks over 20 years, almost fatal kidney failure a few years ago, drank heavily until two years ago, smoked 40 a day for a good chunk of his life and took so many drugs that Mick Jagger called him a bad influence on Ronnie Wood.... Its a wonder he made it to 67 in all honesty.

Only takes a google search:

With his famed love of dogs, Paul O’Grady is now known as one of telly’s biggest softies.

But the presenter was once such a wildman he was ordered to stay away from rock hellraiser Ronnie Wood by none other than Rolling Stones frontman Mick Jagger.

Amazingly, Jagger thought he was a “bad influence” on the showbiz circuit in the 90s,

Admittedly at the time Paul was far from cuddly and making his name as acid-tongued drag act Lily Savage.

Over the years the popular entertainment suffered from numerous illnesses and health battles.

During his life, Paul had three heart attacks, and had his first one in 2002

As a result of suffering from both heart attacks and angina, Paul had “12 stents” put into his heart to help with blood flow.

Speaking to the Daily Mail in 2018 he said: “My heart is more tin than flesh.

“Whenever I go for treatment I tell the doctors, ‘It would be far easier just to put a zip in me.’

“After two heart attacks I’m now happy to get through the day.”
