Put's a bit more contex of Allan going into the center circle v Watford at home and clapping all the stands.........Seems like he knew he was going.

Don’t think Allan was playing then.

Good episode, bit of bullshit from him though.

Bruno Ngotty playing in a World Cup Final for France?? Didn't happen.

You can hear him do a sniff every time he is about to lie.

We can't be accused of not giving air time to opinions from those who have worked with him!!!

With Martin's logic Rudders was paid a back handed slap because he said something along the lines of "DOFs should be never be seen in the media and only judged on results/performances on the pitch" which means Rudders should be  instantly court-martialed.

Bit petty of me to be quite honest. Sorry, tough week so far

No worries mate!Allways remember that Watford game.....didn't we win 4.1 or something? But it just seemed weird Allen coming to the center circle and Applauding all sides of the ground before the game...He must have had an inkling he was gone before the Forest game.

Allen was right though, board room is left behind closed doors. Always my point when people keep banging on about not hearing from the board.

Think he's wrong personally.

He's talking from a period in management when DoF/Tech Director's aren't the front of football clubs like they are now. Times have moved on.

Leeds had their CEO on a independent supporters podcast before the season starts for example - he's gone on a public forum, defend why they've sold 4 big players, explain errors etc.

I think talking with fans like that is fine, at meetings too etc, but general statements I wouldn't think is the way to go. Could be wrong but that's my take on it.

The bit about Clive Clarke was interesting and sounds like it really took a toll on him.

At the time I remember being quite shocked but as he pulled through didn't think too much more of it. I have heard him speak about it before and how everyone genuinely thought he was dead in the dressing room. He certainty paints a picture of the scene and sounds like a nice bloke for what he did.

Football aside he sounds like a mad bastard but a genuine good person.
