I've just looked at our fixture list. I hope that we will be safe in a couple of months time, because May is a month of tough fixtures. We don't want to be under pressure at this point in the season and need to be safe. 42 points will do it? 6 more wins

I think this'll be the 3rd season in a row it's been the case that I just want the season over, i'm sure i'm not alone in that feeling.

6 more wins gets us only 35 points, think we need more than that.

We've had 12 wins in 12 months but you're suggesting we need 6, 7 potentially even 8 wins in 5 months

I was actually pointing out 6 wins does not get us close to the 42 points as stated. Whether we are capable of getting 6+ wins I did not comment on.

Having said that your comment re 12 wins in 12 months is a little misleading as for well over 3 of the 12 months there was no football.

Jheeze, if you wanted a season “just to be over” when in one of them seasons we went into the final game of it still in contention of getting a champions league place, and the same season winning the Fa Cup then your expectations year on year must be extremely high.

February is going to be arguably harder than May. We could easily not gain a single point that month.

Not really. Was just fed up we gave up come the turn of the year, for the 2nd time in a row.

We literally played in an FA Cup final two years ago. I sit here having attended an FA Cup final and I would live that day over and over again. How or why would you want that season to finish?
