Usually a sense of local pride or even delusional optimism takes over at this stage of these types of games but I'm just getting nothing. 4

If we lose it could well dump us well into the relegation scrap. And if could galvanise Forests season. It’s pretty much nailed for me, we’re going to get battered, and Rodgers will finally be sacked as there will literally be no way Top can keep him here. I would be stunned if we won.

I'd rather go 4321/442 and hope that the players hit the ground running. We need to play our football through the middle against forest and out wide in the final third for barnes/perez while also protecting our flanks tracking back and we can't to that with a back 5 or a diamond.

Shoulders were slumped everywhere and Rodgers looked completely shot, as if he knew his time was nearly up. I just don’t think he cares enough or wants it enough to get something today. We will turn up already beaten and just get roasted and humiliated for 90 minutes.

We've got a weakened team, Forest will have home advantage, and we will probably wilt under the pressure. If we get another thrashing like in February last year I will feel sick.
