Dean Smith and Craig Shakespeare's Blue Army!

This forum is SO negative it’s infuriating.

Leicester City Football Club is not an appealing place to work right now. Accept that please. We’re 2nd from bottom with a very very high chance of relegation. We have tons of players out of contract over the next two summers. We’ve been frankly horrendous for the vast majority of this season.

Graham Potter was never going to come here. Not because he wants a summer holiday. But because he doesn’t want a relegation on his CV. He may join next year. Potentially.

Dean Smith wants the job because he believes in his ability to keep us up. You may not. But we have to get behind this and support it 110%.

No one better wants to come to us. Do I think Dean Smith could keep us up? I’m not 100% sure but I’m going to back him because the players will need that.

We have a new manager. Stop being negative. Get behind the club. Get behind the new guys. Get behind the team!

I'd rather everyone moan on here about it and cheer in the stands.

I’m hoping they’ll be a sean dyche type effect. At least to make us stronger defensively and more competitive. Then let the quality show through which we do have, despite what Rodgers said

Not sure how I feel about having John Terry at the club but hey ho - eight games.

You definitely get the feeling we needed a cvnt, and no one can argue, we got one!

Yeah - but we don’t do that. We moan on here and then we don’t support in the stands. The loudest sound in the KP most weeks is the booing.

Good **** off Ward.

I’m not totally hating this, and given the situation it’s about what we deserve/could hope for. I think they can make an immediate impact, and if we can turn the KP in to a tough place and win those games against the teams around us we may well stay up.

I don’t like Terry, but willing to see what he can bring. I mean the defence can do with a helping hand, and glad to see Shakey back home.

Happy with this, they have a massive job to change virtually everything with the team.

If we can play like we’re enjoying ourselves rather than the disinterested, apathetic and disorganised mess which has got us into this situation we might stand half a chance of survival.

Being honest though.

I think we could get Guardiola in and I don’t think we’d get past 35 points.

These players need a rocket. Or a Size 12 Dean Smith boot up the backside.

We should have done this the day after Rodgers got the sack. We could have had been clear of the mess by now.

Canary here. Loving seeing Madders progress and improve with you.

Smith came to us, out of the blue, without warning or even the slightest sign of speculation. He was beamed in, Star Trek style, not in anyones thoughts to managers odffice in a nanosecond. After we and the media had been told/announced Lampard had the job,

Smith came here on the rebound from Villa. You know the feeling. You break up with someone, you're beyond devastated, life is pointless etc....so you quickly fix yourself up to someone else, anyone really, hopin it would ease the pain. It never does.

Smith didn't get us. Norwich are a club you have to 'get' to make it work. Out of the way, overachieving, stuck in the middle of Norfolk, fan, city and county engagement is crucial. Farke got that 100%, threw himself into it. Smith wasn't the slightest bit interested. His press conferences were turgid, the football one dimensional and dull dull dull. No spark, no pace, no creativity. Get it up to the big man, get crosses into the box. Incase you hadnt noticed, Teemu Pukki isn't going to be able to do anything with that, 'big man' he ain't. Smith will have Vardy, if fit, in your starting XI, play 4-2-3-1, watch those long balls pumped forward.

Thanks for your input, but your chair woman got pissed and started ranting on the pitch at half time. Plus, you are bobbins so……..

I think the players are really in for it.

I think the 3 of them will give the players an almighty rollocking, ruffle a few feathers and rile a few of the old guard up. But it's what is needed.

I just would love to see John Terry coaching Amartey like a primary school teacher trying to teach a 4 year old phonics.
