Semi confident that we'll lose some play tomorrow.

That still leaves more than enough time for a result

why?  If its a draw we've lost the ashes.

'selfishly' being the operative word. Think he said he's going on Sunday.

I've had a few but there must be a joke somewhere about Bairstow being dropped or dropping himself for the rest of the series.

I'd appreciate a quick turnaround as I'm in the pub and looking to impress the cricket mad father in law lol

I have tickets and think we can still get a result in two days

This match will be over within about 100-120  overs play I think one way or the other. That only needs a day and a bit of the next three.

That's BBC weather which is usually a work of fiction cooked up in the Netherlands.

Met office looks better.

I think it's an improving picture.

Doubt I'll see much if any play tomorrow

Muggy one this morning, probably couldn’t pick better conditions for bowling so I’ll look forward to watching history broken as Travis Head and the shit Marsh brother put on a world record partnership.

Could do with a bit of rain this morning.

Two hour window of play in which we get them nine down.

Washout tomorrow. Sun shines Monday and we knock it off in half a day.

🤣🤞

Whilst it would be great to be bowling at them in humidity and cloud cover, it’s not the worst thing for the bowlers to get a days rest.

tomorrow and Monday will provide enough time for a result but we really don’t want to be chasing more than 250
