I see for a lot of you absence makes the heart grow fonder, lets be honest other than Kasper the rest on that list wouldn't make a blind bit of difference to how this season panned out & note Kasper wanted to try something new & has done nothing but big up Rodgers since he's been gone so not sure he was forced out by him
Hamza has benefited from his season in Championship & will probably thank Rodgers for it, he was not Premiership quality & you all said it. He has been able to grow this season because not every mistake is punished by a goal like it is in the Premiership, you would have slain him week on week if he had stayed as he would not be getting decent'ish figures like he is in the championship.
Albrighton was a bit part player he knew he wasn't going to get regular games so asked to drop down which he was allowed to, he has since as pointed out only played about 8 times & boo'd for some of those...we only miss his face & experience around the training ground.
All the others aren't worth mentioning, especially Gray but here, he has scored 9 premiership goals & has 5 assists for Everton in 65 appearances & people think he would have made a difference in our team what a joke yeah drop Barnes or Maddison to get Gray in

Fair play. I did never get my head round how he never got a look in because Rodgers had him at Celtic.

 

I know he never impressed in his other loan moves though.

Its so criminal what Rodgers has done to our greatest ever goalkeeper. 

Schmeichel got pelters on here last season with many many posters essentially blaming him for all the goals we were conceding and particularly from set peices. 
On occasion, out rubbish defence was overlooked and most of the blame placed at Kasper’s door.

So based on the loan out for Albrighton and the loan in for Tete, are you saying Albrighton isn't good enough and Tete is a better bet? Particularly in a relegation scrap with experience, defensive offering and the fact that he gives 100%, I would rather him than Tete.

Albrighton and Perez. Needed would pull up trees but I assure you both would’ve ran in this running. Marc in the dressing room would’ve been quite valuable. Getting rid without replacing and leaving us with (at times) poacher Daka on right or Tete being our only option is stupid - there is no excuse for it.

There was zero point in loaning out Albrighton and bringing in Tete. 
After the first game, where Tete was outstanding, he’s absolutely stank the place out since.

Not true for many of us about Schmeichel, Perez or Albrighton. Even Gray as an alternative option to Barnes on the left is better than the absolutely no viable alternative to Barnes option we have now.

That list says everything, they’re all sh!t. Maybe with the exception of Kasper, every other single one of them is literally Championship level. They’re awful.

 

Anyone suggesting we would have done any better with the likes of Hamza in midfield are kidding themselves. He’s awful (although committed). Another one on a silly wage who is below average in ability!

Schmeichel was on the wane on the pitch but given Ward got two thirds of the season that's enough proof it definitely wasn't a footballing decision. 100% political and a chance for Rodgers to get out anybody who may undermine him. Rodgers didn't ever want leaders, just lapdogs. That's why you see such a void of leadership and fight in the squad. He'd have had Vardy out by now if he could get away with it.

Scmeichel and Albrighton. I can’t remember which home game it was but Albrighton came on after 10 minutes as Daka was injured and by half time he was our best player even though he hadn’t kicked a ball in anger since August. 
Enough has been said about Kasper and his qualities on and off the pitch, particularly the latter which is vital and often isn’t appreciated.

Albrighton will always give 100%, so yes i take that but he's ultimately not good enough and realistically wouldn't of saved us....

Just curious that was all, both players together wouldn't save us, but my point was Albrighton offers more in terms of defense duty which may have helped either Castagne or Ricardo.  Appreciate he's not getting into WBA side but then neither would Tete, I just believe Marc would offer more in the dressing room too.

Tete would definitely get in the WBA side. He's got far more ability than Albrighton but still young and not quite fully prepared for the Premier League and needs more time to adapt.

There’s far more to this than what you are saying here.

Albrighton knows the club inside out, has had success with the club and still has something to give. His performances with us before his loan move weren’t great, but no worse than any of the others.

Yet we let a player who has always been on the same wavelength as Vardy, for instance, go out on loan, to replace him with some up and coming winger who knows nothing about the club, has never played at this level, has got zero affinity to Leicester and who is expected to come to another type of football and instantly hit the ground running.

Some of the clubs decisions over the past two years absolutely baffle me. As in, I have NO IDEA where they are coming from in terms of the decisions being made.

No-one is going to tell me that Albrighton wouldn’t have been giving his absolute all to help City stay in this division. Whereas Tete, apart from the first game, has done nothing and has shown nothing.

Leicester have become a footballing joke. It’s hardly surprising we are getting pelters in the media.
