Win our game in hand and we're still top. But we need a turnaround fast.

In fact, Ipswich should be our inspiration. They had a downturn quite recently and it looked like they couldn't buy a win. It looked like they were going to fall away. But they turned it around and now find themselves top of the pile without compromising on their style of play. We can do the same.

By the time we actually play our game in hand this likely won't be the case 👍

Controversial opinion, we will be top after the Birmingham game.

I tend to agree with you. Our run of bad luck in front of goal has got to come to an end soon. We're creating shed loads of chances. We've surely got to be sticking them in the back of the net in these last 8 matches.

I know we are on a bad run right now and it doesn’t look great but 2 wins in a row can change the whole table with a few results going our way. Lose Monday it’s not looking good but pick up a win then that puts pressure on the teams playing later on.

That's what we were hoping for today lol

Is it bad luck though, or are we just bang average?

Leeds have a weak mentality having not won that. Farke has to go?

At least they ended the game with 6 atttackers on the pitch to chase an equaliser (and maybe more) - we just changed JV for Mr.Ineffective!

(Musn't change the system or the philosophy - who knows? - we may end up losing?!)

I’ll always support and I will cheer on the team on Monday and through even the most darkest times, but you have to say it, it isn’t easy to get behind this side right now

Nige nails it as always. :worship:

"Every manager or coach, whatever their job title is, has a different way of playing, but the bottom line is, you have to appreciate what you have and its about getting the best out of the players, so if you've got players who are fast, powerful, try and utilise it, you know we talk about possession football, yeah, it's alright, if you like possession football, but if the players are suited towards being pretty hard to deal with on the counter then give them the opportunity to do that more often."

He doesn't miss.

I hope he gets well soon, and anyone would be an idiot if they said no to him coming back to the club. He is the man we need right now

He played Vardy as a winger.

There's nothing wrong with getting something wrong, it's when you embed yourself in a philosophy that is fundamentally wrong with the technical ability of the players we have.

Even Fergie at Man U got a few things wrong, but he was willing to accept adjust and put it right… that is what Pearson did for us

Nige was a good man but a shit tactician.

Monday is massive.

We NEED to show a huge reaction and obliterate* Norwich.

I think Southampton will pick up something vs Ipswich.

* Will happily take the world’s most boring 1-0, a first minute own goal off the stool-maker of their keeper.

Was he though? playing to the squads strengths, players strengths, being hard to beat, tight defence, decent set pieces an ability to shoot, disciplined, strong mentality, fit. Is a good tactician someone who passes sideways, misses easy goals and is so bad at set pieces and basic defending it's untrue.

Time to give @Super_horns the key to the city?

Definitely was an excellent performance for 60 minutes or so before we got tired and Leeds started to dominate.

Summerville was a threat all game .

Take the point as I expected a hammering .

Nice to see us attack with  purpose then looking fairly solid at the back .
