Popular Post AKCJ Posted 4 August 2023 Popular Post Posted 4 August 2023 One thing that stands out. "It is now over seven years since a senior figure from the Leicester hierarchy was interviewed in England, so any reflections on last season have gone unchallenged." How can this be allowed to happen? Why do we as fans allow this? 8 2
scinnell Posted 4 August 2023 Posted 4 August 2023 (edited) I would be very happy if we get Casadei, RW, Chair - plus Piroe if we can shift a striker! Two GK's out with Castagne and then drain that central midfield! Edited 4 August 2023 by scinnell
lcfc sheff Posted 4 August 2023 Posted 4 August 2023 Okay, hopefully his wording isn’t wrong but sounds like it’s a certainty. He’ll offer that powerhouse midfielder we need, bit of a Yaya toure type. Get the **** in

FosseSpark Posted 4 August 2023 Posted 4 August 2023 I really dont want us to lose any strikers. The three we have should score us goals and can play the same role as man city strikers ie just play on last defender and in the box rather than dropping deep or getting over involved in build up. Iheanacho is great against this standard of opposition as the fa cup suggests. If he stays/plays he gets 30 goals and daka and vardy can kill tiring defences. 2

However, this does seem more of a dig from Percy that he is almost out in the cold in terms of getting new info from the club 1

All three strikers have been inconsistent for over a year and haven't scored in pre season (?). If we can cash in on one and use that money to buy Piroe who has scored 20 goals in the Championship for the past two seasons, we're onto a winner in my eyes!

Bluearmyfox28 Posted 4 August 2023 Posted 4 August 2023 Can’t see Percy putting this out there if it wasn’t more or less done. Enzo deserves a lot of credit for getting this one done. My only concern with Casadei is the fact he hasn’t wanted to play another year in the championship and I hope that doesn’t reflect on the pitch. 1

More that they haven't been challenged on their failures and are continuing to self-evaluate themselves as being up to their jobs. Despite evidence to the contrary. 2

Those games are played vs league one and champ opposition most often and so logically i think his goal ratio goes up.if he plays often against that standard of opposition. There are 46 games in the league and so if he plays most then i think he could get 30.

Don't tell the happy clapping fans though. 1
