I eventually got on for the second half.  After writing an email to complain I received this...

 

Dear valued customer,

We apologize for the stream issues experienced today.

 

 The stream is now back up and running and we are investigating the matter further. 

 

We will be contacting the club regarding possible refunds and provide updates next week.

Also I thought the commentator was out of sync at one point but realised it was a case he was just way behind play! Couldn't speak in real-time for some reason. It's all a bit crap that coverage. 

It’s pathetic for professional football…Hand it out to an Asian consulting Agents,or actual British experience Brdcastg/IT experts… They would sort it out,with half an hour before the game ( so customers know they are linked in,and 1/2 an hour after game…so fans know,the greedy bastards know how to look after their loyal hardenned customers…

Twice I have tried…Soton ok,but 10 minutes too late,Bristol…nothing no change of Fox hub scenery,or online apologies through Fox hub…5 attempt over 30 minutes with Service Center …finding out that  if I technically in the system after payment…

Again no proof or chk points…Thankfully they refunded me my Daypass funds. They should be forced to recompensate got time lost setting it up,me lying in Hospital telling my wife not to visit,because I am watching Rugby WC & then LCFC hub,then English Rugby….Rugby channels work,even before K.O,band match highlights with Interviews….Cowboys conning football fans once again…Well done..Streaming.com..LCFC foxes Hub, &  any other pirates involves..Just downright lazy & Cowboys without liscence to first fix money before offering service…I do feel for SC personel,they are on the front line of preprogrammed incompetent Cowboymanship….No customer friendly chk point,to see if connection has been granted or failure has occurred.

Not sure why, but apparently we can watch the Preston game live, even in the UK!

 

It's due to be on Sky Sports red button, so perhaps that has something to do with it? As in, it's not a "featured" match.

Can you watch it on a smart tv, if you do not have Sky Sports ?

I'm missing the game as I've got to travel to Heathrow this evening, does anybody know if I'll be able to watch this on Sky Go? Not sure how that works if it's not the featured match... If not I'll have to reluctantly buy a match pass that may or may not work

I've got skygo but have yet to find a red button option on it, so I've paid to watch it on the hub...I bet that doesn't work either, given previous comments 🤦‍♀️

I've done a bit of digging, apparently it won't work on the Sky Go app however if you download the Sky Sports app and use your normal Sky log in then you can watch it on there

Someone earlier in the thread said you could, but it's near the bottom of the page and not too obvious at first glance.

 

I'd opt for that more than foxes hub as I've always found NowTV reliable.

I don’t think it’s on NOW, l normally use it, but can’t find any previews for match tonight

Mines like that. I've bought a pass and it says I need to purchase one! It's working at the moment but not sure if it's just the free build up and will stop at kick off :dunno:
