I know villa had basically given up by the time Barnes came on and Barnes himself loves to go missing at times but he could easily get double figures in goals and assists for newcastle

Barnes was a potential replacement for Vardy he thrives on pacy attacks forward.  Its amazing the figures Barnes got for us as we never played ideal for him, which is why he seemed to be missing so often in games.
