Whatever happens, his head has been turned and sooner or later it'll turn again. Really hope that our Board have been doing a Brighton and been thinking ahead of the game because this will happen again. If he's been "interviewed" the best thing all round is that he slings his hook forthwith.

Not heard any direct quotes from Enzo, but It's just they way of the world, name a manager from a smaller club who's turned down Chelsea.

 

It Never happens, they have more to offer than us plus it's London.

Enzo did what was required and got us promoted the first time of asking! I’d like him to stay because I think we having sommit good with him going forward you can tell the squad loves him. But if Chelsea do want him we can’t moan at him for going at the end of the day it’s a no brainer for him. Just hope the club moves quickly and replaces him and we can start getting the players in we need to compete in this demanding ducking hard league!

But read there is concern about De Zerbi being more of a loose cannon and difficult to manage. So another way of thinking is they get a similar style of football from Enzo but they feel they can manage him more easily as he’s less established. 
 

Another thing I read on X was it’s always been De Zerbi and the other candidates have been rumoured to make him more acceptable. Doubt that but interesting theory. 

Hopefully I’m wrong about doubting this and it’s actually true.
