You can’t sell a whole team even if we stay in this division.  
 

what we’d need to head towards is living within our mean in this league and the parachute payments help you get there.

 

i’d guess something like:

 

Stolarczky / Iverson / Ward

 

Hamza

Nelson

Souttar / Coady

Kristianson / Thomas 

 

Mcateer 

Braybrooke

Alves

Marcal

Maviddi

 

Cannon

 

Another 2-3 of the current first team who we don’t sell the above assumes, Mads, Ricardo, Justin, Faes, Winks. Daka and KDH are sold.  None of our out of contract players are resigned and that players like Soumane go back on loan.

 

we’d loan a few PL players also

 

We’ll still be competitive next season and Ward will still be picking up a wage even if it all goes horribly wrong,

If we are going to be honest and genuine with this thread, then I would genuinely start the first game of the season with:

Kamark              Walsh                      Elliott                Prior

 

Lennon                  Savage           Izzet                       Guppy

 

                           Heskey                Marshall

 

 

If we are struggling after 60 mins then I'd chuck Collymore on with a fire extinguisher.

At £45k a week and a year more on his contract - who'd offer him a wage even remotely close to something he'd accept? Not realistic.

We are not the only club,having to roll with the Wardy situation..

Its always happened…Its now the  finances bamboozle us all.

Many clubs have to carry such players….

myself I would ask my agent,to get me a team so I can play.

Its not just doing it for wife & kids,your own career takes presidence 

even if you tell ‘em I am playing for Exeter next season…

but it won’t happen
