Again, the more the overall result becomes obvious, the more I'm absolutely ashamed at our city handing the Tories their ONLY gain in the entire country tonight.

I have no words to be honest.

Leicester east continues to be a basket case electing a bloody Tory.

Why were there 2 ex Labour MPs going as candidates ?

Could they have not supported the Labour one and got them enough votes

I’d imagine they didn’t want Labour to win

The whole city and county has been a complete let down looking at these results

Went Green in the end. Just couldn’t vote for a genocide supporting transphobe, no matter how much I want the Tories out.

First time in my life I’ve not voted Labour at a General Election.

Morning!  Been busy at work,.. sounds like some of you have seen more of this than me during the day!

Still waiting on Horsham to see if my vote helped them go Lib Dem.  My old Woking constituency did.

Although I am absolutely delighted to see the likes of Mercer, Coffey, Rees-Mogg, Gullis and Fabricant fvcked off.

Not so delighted Tories held on to North Beds ffs.

My area stayed Tory  Alucea Kearns but had her majority cut.

Feel for Jon Ashworth  who lost his seat to an independent all because of an issue not even related to the day to day running of this country!

Great day overall, hope its the start of something  better.
