He's got more annoying. Thought it was out of order yesterday that after Atalanta's win yesterday he was tweeting about one of their players leaving the club. 

 

But it's the modern way, and the majority of fans (especially if you include those outside of the UK), primarily care about the top 6. 

 

He knows what works for his audience and engagement, and he's good at it. 

 

And no one has better links than him on breaking transfer news.

He gravitates towards bigger clubs but isnt a big 6 exclusive, he posts about lower EPL clubs and the larger championship clubs as well.

 

Largely related to who his contacts are.

 

He was posting about us in January window, although given how weird this club is going back and forth on transfers he will likely be hesitant about us in future, as it makes him look the fool when we back out on deals.

It is what it is, and I understand the industry, but its infuriating that every half decent player and manager have to be treated like prostitutes to the highest bidder. Journalists like Fabrizio as well as pundits and podcasters are non stop engaging in linking players to the big clubs. Case in point, Xabi Alonso can't even finish his season and all the talk was about him moving on to Liverpool or Bayern or Real Madrid. We can't have nice things in this game.

As for 'feeder clubs', pretty much all clubs in world football are feeder clubs bar 3 or 4, even when factoring in no need to sell.

 

If Real Madrid really wanted someone like Bruno G, Luis Diaz or Haaland, and the players wanted to go, it's going to happen one way or another.
