The problem is we score or even draw matches...we haven't any steel

Yeah yor right we can't even score nevermind win a match!

Let's have it right, some of Ipswich's results and performances would have had us all absolutely foaming this season.

Losing at home to Southampton. 6-0 defeat at home to Manchester City, 4-1 spanking at West Ham and so on. The reason we think they've done better than they have is the fact that they've won games when we've also lost key ones ourselves to put us in the bottom three.

I cant believe after losing 9 out of the last 10 we are still within touching distance of 17th....assuming wolves dont get anything tomorrow, which logic says they shouldn't

Because the bottom four are all shit. But make no mistake, Wolves have the odd win in them.

There expectations were a lot less than ours, lower budget and poorer squad, there have also been a lot of games where they have led and lost in the last quarter. Which feels considerably better than watching your team fail to score

They have spent all their premier league money to do it as well. But kept wages low, I'm guessing.

They'll have a very strong team in the championship to come straight back up and they'll be stronger for this season's experience.

Ipswich lost to Saints last week. So I think we are both as shit as each other.

what they are doing during this difficult period that we are not is scraping the odd draw. We have what 5 ? They’ve got 8. In this horrendous run, Man C, Villa, Palace, Fulham and today should’ve all been potential draws with better game management.

Just had a look at the fixtures and I think next is absolutely huge.

Ipswich have Spurs at home.

we’ve for Brentford

and Wolves have Bournemouth away.

None of them are easy games but from this week playing Villa, Liverpool and Arsenal - you’ve got to look at those against mid table teams who could beat anyone on their day and hope one has an off day.

This is all of course on the basis Wolves lose tomorrow

Manchester City will probably just be Manchester City and put a late run together to qualify.

Bournemouth intrigue me, though. They look to have the momentum.

Top 5 will likely qualify, unless Villa win the CL it’ll be the top 5.

All three teams that went up are going down, cant see us coming back though, the squad is in need of a complete overhaul.

The squad will be completely overhauled next season. Vardy will retire. Anyone half decent will be sold, as we won't be able to afford half of the wages we're paying now in the championship.

Good . I haven’t disliked a city squad as much as these since the days of the mugs signed by Levein

I can see the spots being Bournemouth, Manchester City and Chelsea tbh.

I hope you are right, in truth.  As has been said plenty on here, the squad is pretty unlikeable. Vardy will likely retire and Fatawu and mads aside, i dont have any real enthusiasm for the rest.

Theres no-one who will run through walls or bleed blue, like the walshies, elliotts, izzets and lennons of the past.  Guys you knew would give it all.  Even the original tommy Wright may not have been a world beater but was loved for his enthusiasm and and effort.

Give me a team made up of triers and youth products over lazy millionaires all day long.

Bottom three will be cut adrift soon with us in it. Its over

I mean it’s already 3 from 4. Quite early in the season for that to be the case. Wolves will pull away soon with Ipswich putting up a fight but a lack of quality from them. Us and Southampton are gone already.
