You have to say, Ipswich will likely be somewhat pleased with their season. They've been competitive, not needed to really spend and have conducted themselves well.

They’ve done what we should have done really. Strengthened their future foundations.

 

Thats exactly what Fulham built off of, a few yo-yo years but overall strengthening the squad until they were strong enough coming up to stay up.  Exactly why wasting budget and squad space  on  Ayew and BDR was always absurd.
