@The Bear - I think I agree with this as well out of the bottom 4 teams, you had the better squad. It was your manager that was holding you back. I would say your in the lower reaches of the prem and probably in a relegation fight, but you have a good chance to get out of it compared to us.

Absolute moment of madness.  But I can see why intent isn't looked at.  That was an incredibly obvious, and unusual, case.  Would potentially open up a can of worms.  Wonder if the FA can do anything retrospectively? They should.

They punish dangerous 2 footed tackles which don't connect, intent to harm or not. He's swung an elbow full force, head height into where he knows an opposing player is out of anger - if that connects it's broken cheekbone/jaw/teeth/eye socket - absolutely unacceptable. Egregiously endangering an opponent.
