Terrible performance. Facundo tried but didn’t play well and mcateer in his cameo bought a bit of pace and looked eager. The rest were embarrassing!

it’s going to be a long old 90 minutes on Saturday can’t see Arsenal needing to time waste like they did on Sunday!

We were lucky not to lose to a team 3 leagues below us.

But for 68 minutes Cooper did nothing - was he really happy with how that match went again???

Has anyone checked whether he is still on Notts Forest payroll because either he is sabotaging us or he really hasn’t a clue about football management

You can tell who are the posters who don’t go to games on here…

Digging out our support for singing Danny Ward!

That’s not how it works…!

Imagine getting banned from the football club for running on the pitch at Walsall!  Must have been some huge bet.

He hasn’t been banned his punishment is a free season ticket and poster of spaghetti coops

There is really no defence of that performance, league 2 opposition and we had 2 shots on target during normal time, our goalkeeper is man of the match and the absolute worst of all, 2 very exciting young talents on the bench are ignored and given zero game time.

There really are no redeeming qualities to last night or this manager and the club need to accept that this appointment has not worked and will not work, he is so far out of his depth it is beyond belief. Just get him gone ASAP before we throw away much more of this season.

Last season I remember watching the Preston home game thinking this is the most comfortable I've ever been watching a Leicester City game. I knew we were fantastic and I knew we would win. We were in complete control.

This, tonight, was a world away from that. We had a taste of what we could be under Maresca. We need another coach like that because games like that are just not good enough.

Absolutely no coherence to our play. We've gone from being able to pass Championship teams to death to not being able to string a move together against a League Two team.

Sure, we looked okay in moments tonight. But we never imposed ourselves on the game. We never took real control and forced the issue. If we can't do that with our senior players, why aren't we giving some of our fearless youngsters a go.

I'm willing to believe this was just a stodgy midweek game in a competition we're not focusing on, but performances need real improvement.

With 4 games to go, didn't 75% on here want maresca sacked? And if he stayed wasn't there massive doubts about his lack of top flight experience, his 'stubbornness' and the style of play working in the top flight??

If you look closely in this video you can see eleven pitch invaders at one time. They're the ones in blue shirts.

Really? The pitch invader showed pace, agility and a sense of purpose....

I still believe Enzo could not do with us what he is with Chelsea. As you can see we just do not have that calibre of player. Lucky break for him and us I think, because if we're guessing like you are, then we would have been tonked 4.0 by acouple of teams already.

Still think Enzo would have been better than this clown. At least we would have a style of play.

Last night was as bad as it’s been for a long time. The players genuinely have no idea what to do, Cooper has no plan.

Edouard walking towards their goalkeeper at the end of the first half, allowing him to waste a good 30 seconds pretty much summed the night up.

I thought this, but Enzo’s Chelsea play almost nothing like Enzo’s Leicester did last season! None of this slow build up, possession obsessed football. They go for it.

I saw a team last night bereft of any confidence, cohesion and desire.

Is this down to the manager or is it down to a group of rusty players who have never played together before?

We need to all stick together, whether we back the manager or not. Players can sense from the crowd when there is unrest and that will only transfer onto the pitch.

Whilst it’s clear to see we are not clicking yet, it’s far too early to consider getting rid of him. We’ve had decent spells in our premier league games but yet to put in a 90 minute performance, when it does come this could kickstart us into form.

Let’s get behind everyone and see where it takes us

Playing Hamza and Soumare against a league 2 side was embarrassing. Oh and having Ricardo not attacking for most of the game was again a joke tactic. Really showed Cooper’s inabilities last night as well as his reluctance to try something new/attacking.

I believe we would have been fine with Enzo. We were infinitely better last season than this

Agree to disagree, it's just guesswork/opinion, which is what a forum is all about.

This is the premiership though where teams a much more clinical. Personally think we were good last year but got away with the leagues rubbish finishing.

Why do these pitch invaders always have skinny jeans round their arse man

I heard he'd tried to end it all just prior after Choudhury misplaced another pass but the belt broke

Can't remember who it was, maybe Okoli, but he was wasting time at the end and I nearly lost my mind.

Fully hanging on for penalties as we got battered in the last ten by League 2
