Absurdly right footed yet we've started him on the left side of a three. He's just not a possession style footballer, it's all brawn and power with Okoli. Tactically flipped our playing style when we signed him in hopes of muscling our way back into Premier League establishment, yet here we are bumbling about in League 1 playing tippy tappy between the DM's and defence.

Needs a move. Mental he didn't leave in the summer to go play in Luigi Mansion Seria B. Might be on a wedge.

I’m clearly a sucker for punishment, I re-watched Okoli’s howler about three times since.

Look at the still below, he isn’t a footballer.

He has a lot of pitch ahead of him to see the oncoming Luton players and has the positional sense of a worm, his body to receive the ball is Sunday league level.

Genuinely don't think I've ever seen a professional footballer with feet as clumsy as Okoli. At times it's not an exaggeration to say he looks like you've passed a football to a toddler, the guy can't control where his legs move. Such a sad state of affairs, he seems to check which league he's in at the start of the season and lower his own ability accordingly.

Blokes awful, when he toe punted it into touch under no pressure at all against Doncaster sums him up. He had at least 5? seconds to get rid of the ball today before the Luton player took the ball from him. Plays like he’s constantly juggling a hand-grenade with the pin pulled out.

He's distracted by mentally going through Russell's book of Passes (Real football)

He's worse with the ball then Amartey was, you can see the cogs going round in his head when he gets the ball. Genuinely can't believe I was getting shit from a few on here for calling him crap earlier on this season lol

He really doesn't seems calm on the ball 99% of the time.

No worse than any other player.

Rubbish mate, he is fine on the ball 99% of the time

These posts from a one-man defence of him back in August, name redacted – guess today was just the 1%

Bad players are just bad players. The shit our players serve up translate down. Soumare, Skipp etc... rubbish in the Premier League, similarly rubbish in the Championship, would be rubbish in League One. They're just bad.

Our recruitment in the last 5 years must be about the worst run of recruitment a club has ever had. It's just dud after dud after dud.

And the one person still here who is linked to them all. JR.

Things will not improve until he's gone.

He cannot physically play another minute in this team.

Let’s be honest he’s never been fantastic here, but to drop off as bad as he has done is quite astonishing.

How he's keeping Kangasniemi out the team is a piss take, Ohora is clearly mates with Martin hence how he's undroppable but the Okoli obsession is mind bending. No association whatsoever with Martin, absolutely shite on the ball, absolutely shite at defending so what qualities has he got that Martin likes? The only explanation is self sabotage because he should be nowhere near any possession based team, yet has been shoehorned in since the start of the season. Hopefully the penny has finally dropped with his immediate hooking at ht today but I wouldn't bet on it

He can’t do the basics he’s not comfortable on the ball. What can he do???….. sod all he’s the biggest bombscare of a defender we’ve had in years every time and player comes against him he 💩’s himself how the Finnish lad’s not getting a look in is beyond me.

Worked well alongside Souttar against Doncaster and Bromley, mopping up pretty much everything they threw at us.

Problem is, they weren't particularly threatening.

As soon as you put pressure on Okoli, he crumbles and gives possession away too often. That's nothing to do with his strong foot.

His passing ability has been questioned for months now, and hasn't improved.

Sell or loan out in January (then sell next summer).

He got himself in such a mess when receiving the ball yesterday, unfathomable for a professional footballer, that must have received a ball like that, thousands of times throughout his career during training and matches.

We royally had our pants pulled down by Atalanta!
