Muzzy_no7 Posted 8 November 2024 Posted 8 November 2024 There’s absolutely no doubt in my mind that first things first we need a replacement for Vardy. Both short term and longer term. Hes done OK so far but a lot of our general play and pressing it’s like playing with 10 men. 1
Tommy Fresh Posted 9 November 2024 Posted 9 November 2024 We don't need but I'd like this fella, we won't though and he'll end up somewhere with some initiative and I'll be as annoyed as I was seeing Araujo bagging for Sporting the other night.

Vowels Posted 11 November 2024 Posted 11 November 2024 Two things. Three if we don't have a new manager before then. 1) a wing. 2) a prayer. Where are the buddhist monks???
Nick Posted 11 November 2024 Posted 11 November 2024 LB, CB, Striker. I'd also say manager but we don't need one in January, we need one in November. 1
FosseSpark Posted 11 November 2024 Posted 11 November 2024 We need two good centre halfs (Faes, Vestegaard and Coady are NOT GOOD ENOUGH by any measure across multiple years in the prem), two good full backs (Justin, Ricardo and Kristiansen consistently **** up and allow crosses and shots from wide which are killing us) , a holding midfielder (winks, ndidi, soumare and skipp have neither the positional sense or recovery pace to protect the back four consistently or effectively - we are currently more open than a hippies relationship and easier to get at than a 7ft ginger sat in the front row of a comedy gig). We also need a striker as we only have 1 x 37 yo one worth their salt. No less than 6 players needed MINIMUM in order for us to finish on more than 25 points this season. Also if we could get a manager and not the delivery driver for Swansea Jacamo orders that would be great. Post Jan first XI Hermansen New New Okoli New New Winks Fatawu Buona Mavididi New Subs New, Stola, Vardy, El Khannous, Skipp, Ndidi, Faes, Ricardo, Justin
Kisnorbo fox Posted 11 November 2024 Posted 11 November 2024 Dewsbury-hall back on loan, a striker and a decent Centre Back.
TheGoldenGod Posted 13 November 2024 Posted 13 November 2024 A new Director of Football - Roberto Olabe from Real Sociedad is out the door and PL clubs are looking at him. PLEASE TOP, save your reputation and do the right thing!
Royston. Posted 13 November 2024 Posted 13 November 2024 we will be looking to strengthen for the championship rather than improve to survive.
Blanchflower78 Posted 15 November 2024 Posted 15 November 2024 (edited) BDR/Edouard 2 honking deals. May have been hand tied to a degree in summer but you look around at others and surely if there is some money then club recognise we can't survive on this level of transfers. TheGoldenGod Posted 21 November 2024 Posted 21 November 2024 John Percy's latest article released today (21/11/2024) - "But plans are now advanced for January, with a recruitment meeting held last week. Leicester are prioritising "starters" who can make an immediate impact, with a forward and left-sided defender to be targeted. Another goalkeeper to provide more competition for highly regarded Mads Hermansen is a possibility." Can someone please help me understand why we'd need ANOTHER keeper? Christ alive we're run by baboons.

Never gave Danny Ward any competition for the whole season when he was terrible and knew his place was secured but let's unsettle someone who should be one of the first names on the teamsheet. Sometimes feels like we're part of The Truman Show.
moore_94 Posted 21 November 2024 Posted 21 November 2024 I do think we need another keeper if Stolarczyk is out for longer than expected or will be going out on loan in January to get back to fitness etc. I hate seeing Ward on our bench and knowing that any injury to Mads means he will be starting in the Prem for us again Left footed defender, right winger, and a striker need to definitely be the 3 priorities though 1
