That was poor but honestly look at our personnel.

Ayew, buonanotte, fatawu

Its not prime Barnes Vardy, Maddison is it?

Our squad is bottom 5 and this is how its going to be.

I completely agree, however it was infuriating seeing that, just by changing formation or bringing on more attacking players between the 60th minute and going 3-0 down, it might have given an opposition at least something to think about. Instead nothing was done.

At least we won the worst free kick of the season award, better than goal of the season anyday

It was remarkable only way it could have been worse was hoofing it back 60 yards to your own keeper from the edge of their box,,,,,,

probably next weeks coaching masterpiece, watch this space

Good too see we took advantage of them playing on Thursday lol, I suspect if they had played at 0900hrs this morning then us at 1400hrs today they'd still win oh well onwards and downwards

Let's use the International Break to get a new manager. Please.

Won't change the club as a whole which unfortunately means it's a sticking plaster.

Imagine hiring cooper in the first place.

The same ***** making the same mistakes isn't what any of us should want

Also, Old Trafford has to be the quietest stadium I've ever been to! Theatre of silence!!!

Hardly a game to inspire enthusiasm from either set of supporters.

I think Top and KP have lost all interest in us and we're a burden to them. They should sell but who'd likely take us on?

There's got to be people who would want to buy a PL club. Look at Everton who are a financial basket case.

How it feels watching James Justin play football

#turd

He was, but he's being hung out to dry because of the system Cooper is trying to play. It's just not working. Any player in that position would struggle.

With Ricardo out for four months, it's going to be JJ there for a lot longer.

My Forest supporting mate said to me when we appointed Cooper, that it would be a bad move , very defensive manager whoever you play, and so it’s proved

Get the Cnut gone

If only he was defensive. Couldn’t set up a defence in 100 years

Sort of understand why all the good players were bullying VK back in the day.

Don’t think he won one dual all game and was arguably at fault for 2/3 goals. Awful.

Because the managers were queuing at the door weren't they?

Cooper is a desperate choice because noone else wanted it and we were nearly at pre season. Granted there are probably loads of left field choices out there but did they show an interest?

If no-one else wanted it - which I have to say I'm not 100% sure would have been the case - then presumably a large part of that was because it was widely expected we had a points deduction incoming, which we now don't. That was the only reason why appointing him made any sense and it has since vanished. In the make-believe utopia where Cooper is sacked tomorrow morning, we wouldn't be asking someone to come in and perform a miracle with us starting on -10 or whatever.

An unlikeable manager with a squad full of unlikeable players.

Once upon a time we had a defence of Simpson - Morgan - Huth - Fuchs.

Now we have to watch Justin - Faes - Vestergaard/Okoli - Kristiansen.

How depressing.

I agree.

Not one player, (Vardy aside for sentimental reasons) that I actually feel good about, or that will leave me with a sense of gratitude for what they have done for us.

I genuinely felt for Justin. He was up and down. Yes he was caught out for position, but that is because he was asleep to play RB, rwb and RW all game.

Cooper is going to burn him out, it's a terrible tactic. In what way is that good for anyone. It's horrible to watch.

Steve Cooper Post Match vs Man Utd

Cooper on game

"It’s never a good scoreline you want to be on the end of. The reality, as simple as it sounds, for United’s goals, there were two shots from outside the box. There's plenty to talk around the quality, but we didn’t get enough pressure on the ball for the cross and the first contact for the second goal. Third goal phase of play started from our corner.

"As much as we got in good positions we never looked like the threat that we’re capable of. We fell short in and around both boxes. I felt the game was largely even in general play. We had some good phases and spells in the game. As a team around both boxes we’ve not been what we wanted to be."

Goals coming from right side?

"I’ll have to look at the ins and outs of the goals in more detail. You look at the game in isolation but we have to look at bigger picture stuff as well. Regardless of which side we haven’t got to the ball when they’ve been in and around our box. Once again we leave here thinking there’s so much more we could have done in the game. Did it feel like a 3-0 loss, no. But it was because we didn’t do enough."

First time not scoring. Why?

"There’s a frustration because we were in more than enough positions to cause a threat we just haven’t turned it into chances. It’s frustrating we didn’t hit those levels today."

Lack of threat because of Vardy's absence?

"It will always be, because he becomes alive in the box and he’s as good as it gets in terms of sniffing out a threat. It’s about the guys who played today and there was more than enough opportunities to cause damage but we didn’t turn good opportunities."

Fans' boos?

"I accept that it’s a 3-0 defeat you won’t get cheered off. No problem with any fan reaction, they’re entitled to do that. Always respect the commitment of a football supporter. I accept any situation and be motivated to get better and keep going with what we believe in. Got the break to work with the players that are with us and do some extra work off the pitch and get ready for when we return. Won’t be any days off for the staff."

Our issue is we play blind balls into midfield when pressed playing out from the back and give up possession far to easily. Players spent last season learning to keep possession no matter what and now give it away like a hot potato...it's ugly to watch and ends with us on the back foot conceding goals....we must be cleverer and more pragmatic with our passing out from the back

I am really afraid of same thing happening while bodgers was here. While some of the fans wanted him gone there was still a lot that still felt he deserved time and felt we was too good to go down.

We are in a similar position now where some fans want him gone but there are others that still keep banging the drum that we are not in the bottom 3 etc.

The performances we are putting in should be enough for everyone to see it's not good for us. Eventually it will all catch up to us and we will be in relegation spots. We need to be pro active and get it done as soon as possible not wait till its too late again. We need our leicester city back!!!

That front three took us down. Stupid making comparisons.
