Apparently me saving up all my leave and booking off pretty much the entirety of December last year to get drunk "put too much strain on the department"

So I've been forced into only taking a few days. Where's their Christmas spirit?

Just do the usual boozing anyway and be hungover on works time

Christmas will be with the boy and his mum. Boxing Day we are going centre parcs for the night and have the day after swimming there with my side of the family. NYE usually my mum has a party so likely there.

I'm really not sure what to do anymore when it comes to sending Christmas cards.

I still get them from the older generation but the young uns don't seem to bother these days.

And at about £2 a stamp it's not cheap these days.

Just feels like the tradition of sending Christmas cards is dying a slow death.

We went Sapcote Garden Centre last weekend and they were doing a good trade selling real trees. Had a good selection of decorations as well
