Sure, not great but Ricardo, Vestegaard, Winks, Ndidi, Vardy all have multiple seasons of "premier league experience". Soumare, Faes, Mavididi have several seasons in top flight french football behind them. Kristensen has serie A football behind him. The only two who hadn't played in "the big five" leagues (Prem, Serie A, La Liga, Bundesliga, Ligue Un) were Hermansen and Fatawu, two of the brightest young players in the EFL last season. It needed addition of quality in CM, and squad depth, not just "premier league experience" as if we were ipswich and had come up two seasons running and had a squad of mostly league one players

I don't think RVN would be a bad appointment, he got utd scoring in his first game, that being said it was against us 🤣. 

 

 

But on a serious note, I'm not expecting to see us win many, enough to stay up is all I ask. If we can't get that, lets have some entertainment, shots on Target yesterday, 1, that came from the spot. That's just not acceptable. I think Ruud would change that and we would get some entertainment again. 

If any manager wants the fans behind them, they have to have the team have a go, something Cooper just wouldn't do.

They watch us for five minutes a week in the highlights and have the 'well, you're newly promoted, so what do you expect' clichés buzzing around their heads.

Well....I hope they've just watched the first half of Ipswich v Man. U. Ipswich, a team giving it a real go, playing for their manager, and full of passion. 

I would imagine they have someone lined up who has recently agreed to take it. I expect a quick appointment.

100% whilst there are a lot of things you can throw at the board from the last few years, this is just normal dumb media nonsense when they can't be arsed to get into the finer detail.

The board should for once be commended for acting so quickly and realising there was a reason he threw himself at us, should never be near this level.

I must admit that I am pleasantly surprised they've acted this side of Christmas. For me, the writing has been on the wall since it turned out we'd swerved a points deduction and would be a more attractive proposition.
