Elsie Effcee Posted 25 November 2024 Posted 25 November 2024 Considering the strong feelings of FT members prior to Cooper's dismissal..... and now the speculation about the next manager, I wondered if decision makers at LCFC take our views into account. Do they read Foxes Talk or even post anonymously to gather info they can use to make their case ? 1

Dan Gliballs Posted 25 November 2024 Posted 25 November 2024 Possibly. I wouldn't be surprised at all if the board members of a multi-million pound football club in the top flight of the most prestigious league in world football read an internet forum full of emotional petulant supporters and base their business decisions off their thoughts and feelings. 2

Bert Posted 25 November 2024 Posted 25 November 2024 Are Foxestalkers pissed up at 10am on a Monday morning? Yep. 2

Social Media in any form always leans towards the negative. If they listened to anything on here Rudkin would have gone years ago.

Muzzy_no7 Posted 25 November 2024 Posted 25 November 2024 No. Cooper should’ve gone weeks ago. Rodgers should’ve gone several months before he did. Close.

So can we assume that protests never work because they are always up against multi-million pound organisations! Maybe that's right so why do people still do it?
Bert Posted 25 November 2024 Posted 25 November 2024 And if it was the case. Cooper would’ve never been appointed. Rodgers would never have been sacked how late he was.
demon_dog Posted 25 November 2024 Posted 25 November 2024 You can be sure some within the club read FT. You can also be sure that no matter what people say on here in anyway influences their decisions. If I recall correctly there was an article about Ian Holloway's missus reading the thread about us heading for relegation a few years back . She found the image of Holloway and Mandaric in a sinking boat very funny. I think it was posted by Davie G. 1 1
foxfanazer Posted 25 November 2024 Posted 25 November 2024 There will be people employed the club that look on here but nobody with any say on recruitment etc. Can just imagine somebody doing a PowerPoint presentation to Top with the latest Cooper out poll
Fox92 Posted 25 November 2024 Posted 25 November 2024 I think all managers would have been sacked longer before they were, if they read this forum. Pearson and Enzo both took a lot of criticism on here.
Elsie Effcee Posted 25 November 2024 Author Posted 25 November 2024 How long can management ignore the constant fury of fans when it starts to affect play, are they really that stubborn (you'll say they are I'm sure)
Foxin_Mad Posted 25 November 2024 Posted 25 November 2024 If it were up to foxes talk I dont think Cooper would have got the job. There were some odd bods who thought he was a good manager and wanted him. but most could see he was an absolute disaster.
Eskay Posted 25 November 2024 Posted 25 November 2024 We used to influence transfers and were seen as a key part of the scouting network..... Then we signed Tete.......

Maybe that's right so why do people still do it? Never? no. Rarely? sure. Either way it's hardly a fair comparison. One is generally a mass organised gathering, the other is a mostly anonymous space on the internet for fans to express their feelings. 1
Blue Ed Posted 25 November 2024 Posted 25 November 2024 (edited) Not a chance. We'd have had MON back years ago, is he still available does anyone know? Edited 25 November 2024 by Blue Ed
marcymarc666 Posted 25 November 2024 Posted 25 November 2024 First time I found the site it took me to 'Birds you fancy off the telly'
jayfox26 Posted 25 November 2024 Posted 25 November 2024 Seeing as most on here wanted Rodgers sacked at least 6 months before he was, and nobody on here wanted Cooper, I doubt very much they would read or even care what the fans think. They are so distant from the fans in terms of match day experience etc so zero chance they'd give 2 fuchs about who we think should be the manager etc. Rudkin would have also gone a while ago if anyone at the club listened to the fans. 1
