So for footballing stories the Mail is spot on and for everything else it’s a joke rag, is that what I’m reading here?

Tom Collomosse is a tier 1 source, he’s as reliable as Percy

Our overpaid players are crying to the press again about another manager? We have the most deluded squad in the world, I don’t know who they think they are but it’s certainly not the worst group in the PL en route to another relegation.

Imagine what would come out if we did go for Dyche.

Collomose is well informed regarding us.

Bookies think he’s finished too

I mean forgetting the speculation today, he has lost the last 7 and has one of the lowest points tallies of a manager in the prem in his first 9 games.

Of course he is going to be short odds

So we’ve found a premier league loan available that we need more, and this should tip Brighton over the edge in terms of a recall?

One thing that doesn’t stack up in the story is Percy said we’d triggered the appearance floor so we could keep Facu till the end of the season. But Collomosse says Brighton were tempted to call him back, so that doesn’t make sense.

Just because there's an agreement in place doesn't mean the clubs can't come to a further agreement. It's clearly a mess.

I'm so fed up of these players, the same group has been stinking the gaff out for years. Even the new signings we get end up being arses and thinking they're much better than they are.

It's got to be coming from the top downwards, the culture at this club is wrong on so many levels.

Bang on.

The players think they are much better than they are and the people at the top are telling them that, despite years of evidence that they arent. The whole place is full of delusion on levels you can't comprehend.

This potential relegation is going to be quite brutal because they genuinely thought we would be finishing mid table.

I’m glad we’ve got someone to kick them up the arse, they deserve every bit of it.

Bunch of entitled primadonnas that think they can wander about the pitch for 90 mins and collect a paycheck with no consequences.

That dressing room is rotten to the core.

What an absolute cvnt

Digging out a young player brought on at 0-2 , meanwhile senior players stinking the gaff out

I mean he’s frustrated. We’re a team that concede a lot in the transition, therefore you cannot have a player giving the ball away like he does. Players mouthing off to the press again are more cowardly in my opinion. Clearly they’ve decided they don’t want to play for Ruud either.

The lad is trying stuff because if the mess the Dutchman has got us into.

Refuses to play Okoli. Leaves 2 in  midfield unable to cope. Plays help the aged up front. Subs off his best player. And then blames it all on a lad trying (and failing) to reduce a lost cause.

The Dutchman projecting his own frustration onto someone unable to bit back. Feeble stuff.

It would save us a lot of time in the future if the board just went to the players and asked them if there are any managers out there who they actually WOULD play for. If the answer is that there are none, we can save ourselves a few bob and just let the players decide among themselves how much training they want to do and by how many goals they want to lose each week.

Would have felt more comfortable with this if it were Enzo kicking ass, but it needed to happen somehow, at some point, by someone.

You have to have authority to kick ass.

Seems the players aren't as bedazzled by cashmere roll necks as 75% of this board was.

Yet they seem quite content to live in their own past. The irony eh?
