My guess is that he’ll be gone one way or another once we are in a new financial year. Pretty sure the worst year (PSR wise) will no longer be counted after this season.

Hopefully he will agree a mutual termination to save face and save us a few quid. Whatever happens he is not the right man to take us forward and I hope and pray that the decision makers are already talking to potential replacements.

It seems perfectly clear he will not be sacked... there must be a contract/agreement about leaving if relegated.

Accept he is here until relegation.. then just hope that we can survive 25/26 without a second relegation  with a manager that has a plan and board that backs it and a squad that is capable.

I can only assume we're close to a PSR breach, and simply can't afford to sack him (even though his pay off would surely not be that much).  From a purely financial perspective, given that we're already relegated, I suppose it makes no sense to sack him in this financial year.  It's too late for a new manager to keep us up. But from a fan/player morale perspective, it's madness to keep him on.   I think we've pretty much all accepted relegation, but we need to have some positivity to cling to for next season.

Does anyone know if he lives in Nottingham, as I’ve just had this bizarre experience of seeing him walking up london rd on my way to work?

If I’d been more certain it was him I’d have maybe mowed him down 😂

We scored 15 goals in 12 league games under Cooper amassing 10 points.

We've scored 9 goals in 16 games under Ruud amassing 7 points.

Whilst Cooper can be blamed for some of the summer signings and I didn't particularly want us to keep him, I can't help but feel we'd be in a better position than we are now had he stayed. That said, if it's true that some of the players had turned on him then the writing was on the wall I guess.

Surprised the players haven't turned on Ruud or maybe none of them actually give a fck anymore.

Whats even more damning is 4 of his 7 points were from the first 2 games in charge basically the new manager bounce players putting a shift in to look good. Once his ideas have been implemented we have 1 win and 13 losses scoring 4 goals in that time.

Cooper was an elite manager in comparison and might have done enough to keep us up if he wasn't hounded out from the offset which he absolutely was.

It all begs the question why is RVN still here.

I almost want to see how far we can go with the no goals now, what's the record?

Also, still hilarious that the only team we've beat is Spurs lol

We also had a 2 week break, lost to Palace, and then sacked Puel

They really are idiots

Yes they are, and proves without doubt, that there is Zero forward planning or thinking, the evidence is right there, doesn't bode well for the future.

Nor the present, nor much of the recent past.

The players need to turn on themselves, they can't keep blaming the manager.

They need to take responsibility for this shit especially after the videos taking the piss out of Cooper during the Xmas Party.

I don't know about top flight but Cheltenham hold the record with 11 games, without scoring, but that was in League Two the other season.

We are on 6 but with Man City, Newcastle, Brighton and Liverpool to play we could easily be on 10 before we play Wolves.

You are bang on off course, the issue is they simply don't care, they are on cushy numbers here, all under the approval of the owner, at possibly the cosiest Trg Ground possible, getting paid extremely well for basically cutting their own detail, how dare anyone criticise their efforts or desire, it's amazing how they are getting away with it, but don't worry as JJ said the camaraderie is excellent, doing what I wonder, playing pool, darts or golf because it's clearly not practising football midweek.
