I’ve had a little read and whilst KP are in significant trouble - it appears that things have happened regarding their AOT agreements since the start of Dec. This is a crucial period for them and could ultimately determine their survival.

The only analogy I can think of is imagine you have two ill children. One is fighting for their life in hospital and the other is at home with a cold. It’s obvious where your attention is going to be. I’m not defending Top, but we are a small priority of his in comparison to the KP group.

What he should have done already, is appoint someone to run Leicester City whilst he’s sorting KP out. We’ve been left to it and I’d be amazed if he truly knows what’s going on and how to put it right.

Massive few weeks and months ahead.

Thats literally not our problem though? Thats his problem for not organising his affairs in the proper manner.

You've been given year upon year to sort this club out and all you've done is made us regress.

In fact, its in our best interest that his business fortunes go belly up, maybe then he will be forced to sell this club.

and his attention appears to have been to go golfing (or polo in this case) while both kids are sick.

Put it this way, Top inherited a club 2 years after pulling off a miracle and finishing in our highest ever position - 1/92.

In his first full season we finished 5th.

Now, with a deduction looming we could

realistically get relegated into League 1, breaching PSR/FFP …AGAIN and starting on minus points in the third tier. Without a doubt we’d finish lower than 45/92, our previous lowest finish.

Ruling out sabotage because he has been bothered in the past, it’s maximally negligent  and incompetent to take a club from its highest position to its lowest, generating over £1 billion in revenue in that time.

He isn’t going to get the brains, the nous or a team together that can to arrest this decline. It was much easier to sort this out a few years ago, it’s only getting harder.

We’re sleepwalking into administration, meanwhile he’s promoted the architect of the downfall and an overpromoted Customer Services Manager is running a £100m+ (for now) turnover operation.

You need to give this speech in parliament, taken the words right out of my mouth.

What about the analogy where one child is in hospital, the other at home with a cold and the dad is down the pub with his mates each night?

and while the dad is down the pub, the guy who's stepping in his shoes at home is an absolute home-wrecker and doesn't know what he's doing with his life but carries on anyway

To take us from where we were to where we are now. It really doesn't seem unfeasible that given enough time, they can take us to league two from this position. Especially if finances are tight and we continue to run up losses. Which sounds insane I know, but also doesn't feel out of the realms of possibility at all lol

This next 12-18 months will really define where we end up in the next 3-5 years.

Hasn't Top been relieved of his responsibilities within King Power to a lesser role? It might be harsh but hasn't he spent the majority of December playing Polo?

That sums it up brilliantly. The 1/92 is never happening again, for anyone like us. Even if Villa achieved it, their starting point is much better. We basically went 25, 14, 1.

Given everything that came after, you would understand a hovering of anywhere between 8-14 being reasonable - given some of the actions we saw taken by league organisers, etc.

But to essentially fall through a trapdoor, which we made ourselves and then repeat the process after climbing out of the dungeon...is ridiculous.

If Top had real nous, he'd have sold off a portion of Premier League & FA Cup winners Leicester City to squirrel some cash away.

Your point would be valid but he’s just spent two weeks playing polo

If Aiyawatt had sacked Rudkin back in 2023 I suspect most the people that want him to sell out  now would have backed him

Correct... but he didn't, so we don't.

Up until this season he's had the opportunity to make the necessary changes that allow him to continue being the absentee owner he is, but he hasn't.

He is entirely at fault at this point.

If by some miracle we avoid relegation this season after the inevitable 9 point deduction then he may have 1 undeserved last chance to do the right thing this summer, but after that it is administration and years of turmoil.

14 being reasonable

14th being reasonable? I think the Overton Window has taken its effect. Aiyawatt has swung it so far down, that we have become disillusioned to think what would actually be unacceptable has actually now become tolerable. This psychological effect has impacted the fanbase to a point where we are merely desperate for anything better than what is today.

4th to 10th is more apt. Thats being generous too, 10th is Fulham's nailed on spot.

Sad times, sad times.

Completely get the Polo points…..

Perhaps he doesn’t have a clue what’s he’s doing with the club and is an ostrich with his head in the sand. Polo is his distraction.

He needs to appoint someone know to run LCFC whilst he’s sorting out KP. And playing Polo.

This next 12-18 months will really define where we end up in the next 3-5 years.

We drop 4 positions a season on average under Top. Even if we finished 13th now (no chance), at the same clip we’ll be in L1 in 3 seasons time.

If we were relegated this season, dropping 4 positions a year we end up in L2 in 6-7 seasons. The likelihood is there would be multiple deductions in there so it’d happen even faster.

Plainly, this is a fight to stay in existence and we could make Sheffield Wednesday look like Brighton in running a tight ship.

Yeah KP came close to bankrupting the whole Thai Airports system last summer before “Top” was removed

Our confirmation statement is currently a month overdue on companies house.

Literally a two page document that has to say "I confirm all information held by companies house is up to date and correct"
