I keep banging on and on, but those few who are prepared to stand up for their club - a pathetic 200 - need to relocate to the west stand as close to the (empty) director (singular!) box as possible and make their voices heard.

I'll do it.

200 would be enough for this to look dramatic

As for any future phoenix club, if only there was a practical way to ban the drongos from supporting the new club.

It’ll be fine because their beloved KP won’t be involved.

I know. Just think it's going to take something so extreme to make even the slightest difference

I've been banging on the drum about the drop in standards of this club for so long that I've just not got the fight in me anymore. There's always a new low to come and we've just let it happen

They wouldn't be interested in following a Phoenix club. Will just stay online and mock if it loses a match.

It's refreshing hearing somebody who isn't blinkered - lots of our fans and pundits are.

Looking forward to hearing Albrighton take yet another vanilla stance next week. Made plenty of money out of top and rudkin so won't say anything publicly but knows exactly what the problem is.

Same goes for Simpson, Huth and Morgan.

I think the penny will drop for some of the King Power loyalists (others are too far gone), but by the time it does, it will be too late.

I genuinely think that those that will turn have already done so. Anyone that can't see it by now is too thick to ever realise.

I think the lack of numbers at the QPR protest has just completely buried any last bit of hope I had. I'm completely outnumbered in a situation I know I'm not wrong about.

You just can't fix that. They'll learn the hard way. Unfortunately we all have to suffer the consequences.

Where there've been so many stories you've heard about X fans saving their club and whatnot, we'll be remembered for the exact opposite. Enablers of the decline. That's sad.

Was a real eye opener to me earlier how many were against any negative chanting regarding Rudkin and the board.

I get the stance of not being negative during a game and still being anti King Power. But you could just tell there's still enough backing for them. It's what will cost us out existence if it carries on.

This is exactly how I’m feeling and also I guess the people behind Unite are the same given that’s all gone a bit quieter.

It’s incredible how many people either can’t see what’s happening or have no energy to try and do anything about it.

Absolutely spot on I cannot believe how many fans still back this ownership and leadership team despite what has happened these last 4 years.

£270m lost, 2 relegations and staring a 3rd in the face which will send us into league one and potential financial meltdown, horrendous recruitment of players and managers, lack of engagement with its fanbase, dubious sponsorship arrangements with obscure betting/crypto companies plus endless more PR own goals including the Christmas payroll fiasco. And yet so many continue to give them a free pass, in fact will resort to getting quite aggressive in their defence of the club and toward anyone who dares not to conform.

The Premier League win and FA Cup triumph is sadly becoming a millstone around the neck of the club, it’s almost like because we won both we are not allowed to ever criticise or complain ever again.

So from a ‘plastic ‘ and/or ‘glory grabber’ of over 45 years to the many true loyal fans please explain to me how the Manager who led us to the Premier League title and the Manager who was in charge of the FA Cup Final win have both been sacked since those heady days, and yet the people who are now residing over this absolute shambles which not only is impacting our on field demise but also places the very existence of our club at risk, are beyond criticism and should be allowed to continue to run the club into the ground and potentially drive us into administration and possible liquidation.

when does this free pass expire with some of our fanbase because if I recall correctly with the Managers it didn’t last that long so what is so different with Aiyawatt, Rudkin and Kevin Davies?

I echo all this, went the original protest and thought the numbers were poor but would improve, the next one the numbers were shocking and that's when I decided there is no point.

All I'm doing is giving up my time and money by attending these protests, got zero interest in the game so I may as well go out and earn some coin rather than waste my Saturday attending a protest with 199 fellow sane fans.

The club will be in freefall and when we eventually go bust all the pro KP mob will blame the PL, EFL and the authorities, and how we've upset the apple cart, they're out to get us, football is fixed etc.

If you didn't need an ST to attend away games I'd give mine up, home games have been crap for years now, football has changed in the 20 years I've been going and it's not for the better IMO.

And most that have turned still can't be arsed to protest, they'd rather have an extra hour in the pub or at home.

I can't wait to read some of the opinions and comments when we actually get relegated, go bust etc. Gonna be funny seeing some people saying they can't believe it, how has it happened etc.

Worst fanbase in the country, easily.

Come the end of this season - if we are relegated - we will be in the same league position ( the third tier) as Sheff Weds and, once players leave on a free or end their loans or anyone half decent is sold to balance the books, will have a squad depth not dissimilar to Sheff Weds but the difference between how the Wednesday fans feel about Chansiri and the way most of ours still feel about King Power is incredible - even though we have fallen far further. The mismanagement of affairs on the pitch has put us in the relegation zone and the mismanagement off the pitch with the consequential 6 point deduction will relegate us and still the KP loyalists accept it. At what point is there nothing left to “be careful what you wish for”? King Power out!!!

King Power are never wrong

It's the fans that are the problem.

They caused this relegation to league 1 and that's why we are 23rd in the same division

Next season likely to be our lowest ever position in the football league.

first time that Lincoln City will be the highest placed LCFC since we became LCFC ( last finished higher than us when we were still Leicester Fosse). below a team next season who haven't finished above us since one of the inventors of the television (Philo Farnsworth) was born, let alone since the advent of televised football, but back in our natural position right KPFC fans?

Somebody posted a couple of weeks ago quite an interesting take on the type of personality that is so conformist and how/why so.

I don't necessarily think lots are ultra KP. I genuinely think most just aren't that bothered. The footballing IQ being so low that the on pitch state of affairs are largely incidental. They support City as they may support a dancer on strictly or a mother/son combo on race round the world.

A significant majority I used to see down there have a good time. Out the house. A natter. Bits of excitement. So e pantomime booing of the ref and off at 88 mins to beat the traffic waving a stoic,  cheery 'ta-rah duck' type farewell.

Almost a passive aggressive mocking of those who 'take it too seriously' - ....cheer up!, it's just 22 men kicking a ball about!  ....as if to highlight the fascinating lives they lead outside whilst the likes on foxes talk have their weekends ruined.

We were led to believe that we needed promotion to help our finances. ……

Our last season in the championship we lost just under £20m on revenue of £105m fast forward to our season back in the premier league and the supposed golden egg of increased revenues and on a turnover of £185m, an increase of £80m rather than make a profit or at least see a reduction in our losses we instead saw our losses increase to over £70m.

So our reaction to securing an additional £80m in revenue was to spend an additional £130m to further increase our losses, from a collective of people who claimed lessons had been learnt from our initial relegation.

When comparing the 2 losses, we need to factor in:

1) Hsrdly any player sales within the £71m loss, but significant sales in the previous year and will be again when the 25/26 accounts come out

2) Player contract clauses, so the significant relegation wage reductions (maybe as high as 50%, based on the recent reports about Winks) in the 23/24 figures, with the reverse applying for 24/25

I’ve come to the conclusion that it doesn’t matter what happens to this club, there will be still be people who won’t hear a word said against ‘the family’. We could cease to exist and it will always be someone else’s fault. I think there needs to be some sort of psychological study conducted on these people because there’s something inherently wrong there.

If these people supported Leicester City pre-KP ownership then why have they shifted their allegiance from supporting the actual club to a random family from Thailand who they didn’t know from Adam pre-2010? Because they sure as hell don’t support the club anymore, they can’t do, else they’d be horrified as to what’s happened and is happening to it. Someone please help me out here because I don’t understand this weird parasocial relationship some have with Aiyawatt. It can’t just be because his dad died in a horrible accident, as horrific as that was it doesn’t absolve you from any criticism for the rest of your life, surely?

I just feel like I’ve had enough now, I’ve lost my fight for it all. It just feels like there’s more of ‘them’ than the people who are actually worried sick about the future of the club and are prepared to do something about it. The protests have been a bit meh if we’re honest and just not enough people care or are prepared to fight for the club. Don’t get me wrong, I still very much care and I always will but my energy is very low because of the Aiyawatt fan club.

Sorry for the mega post.

I think this is answered in the bold bit.

honestly it's not, there's a lot who are still KP in and were fans before 2010. The issue is not being able to disconnect the present from the recent past and Aiyawatt from Vichai. They're looking at king powers ownership coinciding with a great period of success, fa cup, title, a first ever CL campaign, and can't see that this is not the same ownership currently that delivered that.
