We do suck as a club at the minute tho. Being run so poorly. Maybe people who run things in back ground like rudkin etc need to get out

Worrying that there is no rumours of any incomings

Who in the right mind that's any good would want to come to us though?

Can we not start some kind of protest poll on here? just 100 people alone could make an impact

But then the club will probably get Mark or someone else to delete it..

Or just stop buying tickets and merch.

Exactly. All I’ve done is put city on hold for now. Don’t watch, certainly don’t part with any money, just occasionally check the scores.

If they can’t be arsed, I can’t be arsed.

The problem lies in that for every real fan who bins it off, there is a tourist willing to pay to watch a game and buy half and half scarves.  They still get their money regardless.

Pretty sure those days are firmly gone. There's empty seats every time I remember to look at a stream, the club is descending into abject chaos and next season is set to be an utter disaster. The club will soon discover the value of fvcking off the "legacy fans".

I think your right ,though it might take afew seasons to get the crowd numbers  down enough to force a sale for something to happen .Once the club becomes  an embarrassment for Top and that probably  means bottom half championship or even league one ,he'll go.

I have no doubts we will be pulling in 20-25k next season, for our playoff push alongside Coventry

This is bang on. The club just need to be made aware of that.

Didn't they refer to 'legacy fans' in some odious statement about attracting a new profile of fan?

It seems obvious to me that our present owner has little or no interest in our club, l think we are basically a memorial to his father now, ln which case we could be in any league.

I really think that if he doesn't sell, we will pretty soon be back in league 1 or at best mid championship for years.. And quite frankly with all the other BS in football atm that would finish it for me.

Where's the evidence to this?

Not sacking Rudkin for a start. Anybody with an ounce of interest in the club would be blindingly obvious he is in a position of power and influence he should be nowhere near

In that case, if he hasn't been sacked now it will seem unlikely - unless there's another relegation.

This is probably true thinking about it - quite a few games have gone to general sale this season. Palace and even Fulham, a Saturday 3pm home game went to general sale.

Crowds in this country are as high as they've been but we're definitely bucking the trend and I do expect should we drop for our average to be below what it was in 2024. Ridiculous prices and a pretty bad experience these days. This ownership are a bust.

Oh and I'm very much a 'legacy fan' that they've fvcked off. I'm not quite at your level but I probably ought to be, to be honest.

I don’t really want Top to sell the club. I feel emotionally connected to him and his family because of what they gave us and for the feelings I experienced when Vichai died. But that’s me thinking with my heart. When I plug my brain in and look at the situation we’re in logically, it’s a total mess. If Top can’t see just how poorly run the club has become I worry. My hope is that he trusted Rudkin etc to run the club over the past 4 years or so and he’s starting to realise they can’t be trusted. My hope is he has a total boardroom clear out and we build again (no doubt from the championship).

But I’m not holding my breath on any of it.

God it’s genuinely all so depressing.

That’s just not going to happen though is it. We’ve been down to the championship, had an apparent review…… and everyone still has their job.

nothing is changing.

its now time for the owner and board change or we are going to keep repeating all mistakes and failures.
