Ahmed Musa, Franck Moussa, maybe it will be third time lucky with Petar Musa.

Had a look at obligatory YouTube comp. Very hard to judge due to standard of the league however he certainly looks big, strong and can shift. 
 

His finishing looked varied and his hold up play was impressive. This was a 7 min video in an inferior league so hope we’ve been monitoring him a while if interest is genuine.

To be fair on the face of it his record in Portugal for Benfica doesn't look amazing.  In his last full season 30 games 7 goals 3 assists.  But given all but 2 of those were off the bench he only played 643 minutes, that's actually a really good record.  ~The half season before he left for the MLS he had 5 in 500 minutes.  So proven he can do something off the bench as well as a starter.

€18mill seems a reach but it's at least a workable fee that hopefully doesn't just escalate as it does with so many of our targets.

MLS or not the touches, movement and finishing in that video looked class. Ruud focused so much of his play around De Jong at PSV so not surprised to see us being linked with a similar profile of player.

 

If we do bring in another striker this month which seems likely ultimately I trust Ruud’s judgement for that specific position.

If we were to sign a more clinical left winger to play with Buonanotte and Bilal I could see that working. We looked very dangerous against city when we got it to stick in the final third
