How many signings will we make this window?

i think some current players should change their names and have a bit of a glow up to create the feeling of some new signings to shake up the squad. Simples. 

 

 

Al Wilves - young shaven headed left winger. well though of U20 international plucked from obscurity. 

Masey Jacketeer -  bleach blonde attacking midfielder, very strong championship showing for champions last year. 

Ned Belson - standout centre half - following in the footsteps of Matt Elliot at Oxford. 

Fout Waes - Crop haircutted Belgian hard man, no nonsense stopper who, when in doubt, takes man and ball out. 

Pacardo Riera - pacey, bearded  right back, world beater before injury but will still do a job

Sounds like we won't be making any signings until after the PSR announcement given the speculation around it putting off players potentially plus wanting to keep the PL onside by not taking the piss and spending lots of money.

It's taking so long to sell Cannon and for this Eduard deal to happen that we will need everything lined up on potential new recruits so we can act quickly over the last few days of the window. 

 

There must be reasons why, but it's so frustrating.

Unless Palace need the money this window if I were them I'd wait until the very end of the window to sign it off. Agree it all with Atlanta but don't do the formalities until the windows closing. That way it leaves us with little time to replace him. Palace aren't really in any danger but it's still in their interests.

Agree, rather we'd pay our first teamers fortunes to sit on their arse instead of ****ing us up with their dog shit awfulness every game.

2 signings i reckon. 

Coulibaly and the Ox. 

We will piss about trying to get a centre back and then decide to keep Okoli. 

Club will see Ndidi, Hermansen come back and Ricardo on the brink and decide that is essentially 3 new players for the squad so we don;'t need to bolster

 

Only thing i would say about Ipswich who are 'busier' in the market is that hardly any of their signings have come off very well. Greaves, Phillips, Smodiczs, Jack Clarke, Hutchinson, Ogbene etc have all done pretty much **** all. They are conceding loads and doing worse than a pretty shit leicester team. 

Delap looks a player but isn't outscoring Vardy who is twice his age. 

So 'business' doesn't always add up to quality.
