To think we'd got a major boost of not breaching PSR and we lost at home to yet another relegation rival and once again didn't score. All hope is now lost which is where we'll probably end up getting a win and the torment starts again.

El Khannouss masterclass

Yep was a small chance to really flip the mood and feel like we could build a little momentum and the opportunity has completely passed us by.

Think we've now got to just scrap and hope that by the time the Wolves games rolls around we aren't completely cut adrift. It's gonna be grim between now and then though.

Can see this being a high-scoring game. Surely Vardy or Daka can get the better of Bassey, and for them Jimenez is a top finisher on his day.

Just can't see myself keeping a clean sheet again in my lifetime.

Soumare has been one of our best players in the last six games, but didn’t have a good game against Palace. Some very sloppy passes.

Foxes talk has weird memory, excuses Bounanotte doing little in more games than he does a lot. Wasting position with attempts at positive movement etc. Soumare pulls his sh£t together for quite a few games and then has bad game, suddenly 🐕💩

If both of those players could each have a good enough game every 4 games to win that game, then we wouldn’t be in the relegation zone.

At this point we need a good run of wins and that includes games we’re not expected to win.

Depressing stuff unfortunately

This is fully what I expect to happen. Anybody hoping for the torment to end any time soon is going to be disappointed.

Something needs to change in this game. We can’t keep doing the same thing and expecting different results.

I would go with:

Stolarcyzk

JJ

Faes

Coady

Kristensen

Skipp

Soumare

Ayew

Buonanotte

El Khannous

Daka

Vestergaards lack of pace is a concern as we need to push higher up the pitch.

Skipp offers more protection - think Winks has been poor recently.

I like Bilal off the left and Buonanotte seems happier starting central.

Vardy needs taking out, lacking confidence. Daka is next best option.

Gives us Winks, Mavididi and Vardy from the bench

Would you start Vardy? Because arguably he was the difference on Wednesday and not putting chances away in several games is really hurting us now.

Ruud needs to drill a bit of dicipline into El Khannouss and Facundo. They were everywhere against Palace without really affecting the game.

The amount of space between them and Vardy wastoo much at times. Especially Facundo on the right.

The amount of times JJ found space with the Ball down the right with no support only to turn back or try a pass to Vardy which were all cut out.

I'd like to see them both just work the channels and support the play as we progress up the pitch.

Anyway hoping for a win, But further improvement at least is needed. Daka looked hungry on Saturday to score, It might be time to give Jamie a rest.

A lot of what you say is fair but

Wout's lack of a brain is a concern

Skipp does offer more protection - and Winks has been poor recently, but is a level above, 50/50 (and I hate Skipp).

Vardy probably needs taking out, lacking confidence. Daka is next best VERY LIMITED option, mind out in the Kop.

Gives us Winks/Skipp, Mavididi (He's getting on me nerves now Champ flat track bully, well short of it at the top level) and Vardy from the bench

Not going down to the KP thinking we'll win, we need new bodies or the ownership have given up too

We havent had a game in which we have been good for 60/70 minutes. Good 45. Good 20.

I dont think I can deal with another defeat. Ipswich have Man City. Wolves have Chelsea. Everton have Spurs. Out of the 4, Everton and us should on paper have the best chance. Of course it doesnt work like that.

We need to stop the rot. Ok, if we dont win but we need to drawing these games. At the moment, if its not a win, its a loss and that is a recipe for disaster. Points are key.

I'd rest Vardy, Soumare, Justin.

                     Stolarcyzk

Coulibaly Faes Vestergaard Kristiansen

                  Skipp Winks

Bounanotte El Khannous Mavididi

                      Cannon

For reasons only partially related to superstition,  I decided recently not to watch motd unless Leicester won.    Obviously not a successful approach so far as beginning to forget what Gary looks like altogether.

Ruud no better weekend than this weekend to change my viewing?

If we can't beat Palace at home after having a boost from a 6 goal performance and no PSR breach, then anyone thinking we can beat Fulham needs to give their head a wobble.

It's the hope that kills you!

Vardy is being used far too much currently and it surprises me he's not had more injuries. In the past he's had these horrid spells of form, often on the back of an injury that stunted his rhythm and we just have to play him back in to form.

But last year Enzo handled him very well and didn't need to do that and we seemed to get that balance right of him scoring a good amount.

We really notice the lack of pressing as a team when Vardy plays, with 3 games in a week I'd be resting him and starting Daka.

I thought Vardy's link up play was really good on Weds. This is obviously something that's been worked on with him, Facundo and BEK. Unfortunately, the shooting bit let him down. Daka won't have the ability to link up like Vardy did. I do wonder if Ruud is really hamstrung by the types of players that can do what he wants, and the time spent focusing on anything new obviously eats in to training the basics.

We can beat anyone outside of the top 6. It just depends if we can score goals tomorrow or not :)

We have to take our chances. In the last three home games, we have gone behind, we had opportunities to take the lead in all of them.

Need to hope Woyo is a Cafu regen!

They started Wednesday with a lot of fire. Being beaten how they were, I cant see them being as up for this game. Big test of the Mr. Motivator Coady, the senior players and obviously the manager.
