Made a comment at the Fulham game,  about begrudging the fact I have to drive from Melton to watch the shower of shite being served up.

 

Lad a few seats down then tells us he gets the coach up from Penzance every home game lol, he has to leave at 10pm the night before. Commited? Yeah, but that's ****ing nuts. **** that lol

Be interesting to see what happens with the supposed merger and how quickly it takes place. 

 

Might just take a break from football altogether and find another hobby!

Yeh - I'm too sentimental to have sacked off the ST's yet as we have 3  and one was my late dads, but I have to drag myself to games & with work etc have missed 3 already this season

But a switch to the Eagles would be fitting as he split his early years between both clubs and I played a couple of games for BT youth teams many moons ago..

Yeah the lifelong support for the club keeps me hanging on for now. But the club are really testing my patience! 

 

What was it like at the Eagles when you were there?

Leeds for me. It’s a long (and expensive) day and I’d be lying if I said there haven’t been times this season I’ve questioned why I do it. I find myself disillusioned with modern football rather than just LCFC. But the things we do for our football clubs…

Wolves was the worst, cos my parents were actually up to see me that weekend!

 

So grab some breakfast, drive down to the match, watch that shite, then back up to Manchester in time for dinner out lol

TBH I only played a few games as a teen then buggered off as I didn't play regularly - got in as a left footer which helps when your ability is a bit behind the average for the team!

I've only ever been to a few games to see the full team, sadly never with my dad

Christ, absolute fair play to some (well all) that are coming from so far away! 

 

I used to sit near a guy that came from the isle of white for every game. Night games had to stop in Southampton to get the ferry back in the morning!
