4-2-3-1 isn't working as we don't have the quality to execute it. Too many defensive issues and not enough quality on the wings. Its time to go 3-5-2 and pack the midfield.

We were terrible under Cooper and we're just as terrible under RVN - Literally 2 of the worst managerial appointments we've made in the last 50 years.
